| The general aviation industry refers to the use of non-military aircraft and helicopters as carriers for a range of commercial and public sector activities,including but not limited to commuting,medical rescue,tourism,public safety,environmental protection,geological exploration,agricultural spraying,etc.In recent years,with the development of the economy and society,the general aviation industry has gradually received the attention of governments and markets at home and abroad,and has become an emerging strategic industry.The development of China’s general aviation industry started late,but with the support of national policies and increased market demand,relevant enterprises and local governments have started to actively explore and promote the construction of general aviation industrial parks.Linyi is an emerging city in Shandong Province,and the Chashan General Aviation Airport is located in the northeast of Linyi,which has a superior geographical location and good development prospects.In order to promote the development of the general aviation industry in Linyi,the Chashan General Airport Management Co.,Ltd.plans to build the Chashan Aviation Industrial Park around the airport.There is a lack of systematic and comprehensive research on the planning and design of general aviation industrial parks in China,and relevant experience and cases are limited.This paper discusses and researches issues related to the planning and design of general aviation industrial parks,taking Linyi City’s Chashan Aviation Industrial Park as an example.Through the analysis of the market prospects,relevant policies and development status of the aviation industry,combined with the geographical location and development potential of the Chashan General Aviation Airport,the basic principles and guiding ideology of the planning and design of the aviation industrial park are proposed.In the specific design scheme,this paper proposes the overall planning layout of the aviation industrial park,including the division and layout of four main areas: the aviation industrial park area,the cultural park area,the safeguard centre area and the logistics centre area.At the same time,the architectural design,spatial arrangement,greening design and traffic planning of each area are elaborated and explained in detail,with a view to creating a practical and aesthetically pleasing aviation industrial park.The economic,social and environmental benefits of the planning and design of the park are assessed and analysed.Through the analysis of relevant data and case studies,it is concluded that the planning and design of the general aviation industrial park in Chashan,Linyi,has positively contributed to local economic development and industrial upgrading,and has also had a significant positive impact on social and environmental aspects.This paper provides an outlook on the future development of the planning and design of the general aviation industrial park.The future development direction and objectives of the park are proposed,as well as how to further optimise and improve the planning and design of the park. |
