The Research Of General Planning Of Industrial Park Characterized By Industrial Clusters

Since the 1990s, the industrial clusters theory has been concerned widely. The development of the industrial clusters is contacted with the advantage of economic competition. Therefore, it's emphasized by local governments to accelerate the speed of economic growth.In China, construction of industrial parks is an important form of industrial development and an main carrie of industrial clusters.How to plan industrial parks to adapt the development of industrial clusters is the core of the research.The thesis is divided into seven chapters. Chapter 1 indicated about the object of research. Chapter 2-3 analysis the features of the industrial clusters and other influence facters of the general planning of the industrial park, and research the general method of the general planning. Chapter 4-6 research different cases of industrial parks to learning the features and the general planning of three types of industrial clusters. Chapter 7 draws a conclusion that high-technical innovations and creative industries are two directions of industrial clusters according to the analysis of those cases. There must be different methods of general planning for different industrial clusters.
