Yingtan City State Grid Enterprise Activity Center Interior Space Design

Corporate culture building is an essential part of modern business development.As one of the main carriers of corporate culture building,the enterprise activity center plays an important role and value in improving employees’ spiritual life and enriching the connotation of corporate culture.However,many domestic enterprise activity centers are currently trapped in “formalism” and do not meet the actual needs of employees.Therefore,this paper aims to explore how to improve the cultural and functional aspects of enterprise activity spaces,improve venue facilities,enrich employees’ spiritual and cultural life,and promote the construction of corporate connotation,through theoretical research on the indoor space design of enterprise activity centers,combined with the practical project of the State Grid Enterprise Activity Center in Yingtan,Jiangxi Province.This paper first analyzes the basic types,research status and design status of enterprise activity centers at home and abroad,and conducts a user survey analysis of enterprise activity centers.Secondly,based on the practical needs of indoor space optimization of the State Grid Enterprise Activity Center in Yingtan,targeted research was conducted,and the design strategies of enterprise activity centers were summarized,including a series of influencing factors,design elements and design principles.Then,based on the previous research and design theory,the practical project of the State Grid Enterprise Activity Center in Yingtan,Jiangxi Province was completed.In-depth research was carried out on the design positioning,design concept,plan function,overall style,and soft decoration display,material technology,and innovative designs were developed for the major spaces such as the reading room,audiovisual room,dance room,employee diversion room,and office space.The panoramic light design was used to improve the space lighting effect,which became one of the project’s features.Finally,a summary was made of the theoretical research and design practice of this paper,and the development trend of indoor space design of enterprise activity centers was outlined.The theoretical research and practical achievements proposed in this paper provide useful ideas and methods for the planning,design,renovation,and construction of indoor spaces in enterprise activity centers,and provide reference for related field research.Due to the limitations of the research conditions,there are still some shortcomings in this paper,which will be further explored and improved in future research.
