As a new type of public building in the field of architecture, few scholars are studying it.Compared with other types of public buildings, administrative service center for the community is open to all people, its functional positioning and the public space have a distinctive shape and architectural image of the times. Studying its internal public space and functional design is meaningful for the realistic theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, studying the internal municipal administrative service center for the study of public space as the object, combined with the relevant public administration management theory and reviewedknowledge of the development of the administrative service center to discuss the background of the times in the current transformation of government functions and government image repositioning impact on internal administrative service center public space morphology.On the basis of the three Taiwanese municipal administrative service center on-site investigation, through questionnaires and interviews, informed advice and opinion of the people, based on the needs of the people summed up the current lack of administrative service center construction practices exist.
