Since the new crown epidemic,all sectors of society have suffered tremendous impact.Whether in tourism,industry,catering,or the Internet,layoffs and salary cuts have been commonplace,and the traditional construction industry is also mired in the mire.In this critical moment,the whole construction industry needs fresh blood to revive.So assembly building and BIM technology as the new focus of the traditional construction industry in the new era,naturally promising,is also the trend.However,although the concept of assembled building has been put forward early,in the actual use of the assembly construction inefficiency,high cost and even the building structure of safety defects.This has directly led to the slow development of assembled buildings in recent years.Nowadays,the emergence of BIM technology can make the development of information technology in the assembly building industry,and it is a powerful technical support for the realization of intelligence and informationization in China’s construction industry.However,the overall level of development of BIM technology in China is not balanced,but also the lack of management tools for the practical application of BIM technology.Therefore,it is necessary to establish the maturity evaluation system of BIM technology application to find out the deficiencies and defects in its application in the assembled building,and prescribe the right medicine to enhance the value of BIM technology for the practical application of assembled building.The maturity model refers to defining the research object first,then setting up the evaluation model,then studying the object,and finally getting the evaluation result.The evaluation result will be compared with our expectation,and the shortcomings of the research object will be found,so that the object can be improved,and finally the research object will be improved continuously.In this paper,we take the application of BIM in assembly building projects as the research object,and analyze the current status of research on the development of assembly building,the use of BIM technology,and maturity models through literature review and other means.Then,we choose the K-PM3 model as the basis to establish the maturity model of BIM technology application in assembled buildings.The model contains 5primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators.After evaluating the maturity of BIM technology application based on the Kunshan Jingwang Road School project,we obtained the result that the BIM technology application in this project is at the growth level.At the same time,we put forward some measures and suggestions to improve the maturity of BIM application.In summary,after systematic theoretical analysis and in-depth research,this paper has established a relatively complete evaluation system for BIM application in assembly building to measure the level of BIM application in assembly building projects.Through the in-depth study of BIM technology application and assembled projects,we hope to better promote the sustainable development of BIM technology and assembled buildings.
