With the advent of the era of Informatized big data,all industries are facing the problem of information transformation.The construction industry is an important pillar of China's economic development.The application of building information model has become an inevitable trend in the development of the construction industry.Now,although CAD drawings are still used in the construction industry,they are no longer able to meet the needs of technological development.Therefore,BIM technology has become a key link in the development of China's construction industry and an important foundation for the development of technology in the construction industry.Although the development of BIM technology is imminent,how to effectively promote and apply BIM technology in engineering construction projects has become a problem.This paper will focus on the influencing factors of the application of BIM technology in engineering construction projects.From the perspective of application maturity,fuzzy analysis is carried out by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,which converts qualitative problems into quantitative problems and proposes relevant recommendations.First of all,the research background and significance of BIM technology are deeply explored,and the research methods and contents needed in the research process are sorted out.With the general direction of research,the technical route of the research and the innovation of the paper are found.It summarizes the definition of BIM and the promotion of BIM technology,and understands the influencing factors of the promotion of foreign BIM technology in engineering construction projects,so as to study the promotion of domestic BIM technology in combination with the actual research situation abroad.Secondly,after a large amount of literature collection and data research,the 13 factors affecting BIM technology in engineering construction projects are analyzed and classified as four factors:technical,economic,environmental,and management.Establish a three-layer evaluation index factor set,compare the two factors to analyze the mutual influence relationship between the two factors,and apply the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each influential factor index and find out the key influencing factors.Thirdly,through case analysis,the application of BIM technology in an engineering construction project is used to further study.Through the combination of theory and actual case analysis,the factors affecting of BIM technology in engineering construction projects are further verified.The fuzzy mathematics method is used to carry out fuzzy analysis and judge whether the conclusions obtained by the analytic hierarchy process are in line with the development of China's construction industry.According to the identified key influencing factors,the effective and reasonable promotion of the application and proposal of BIM technology is proposed.Finally,put forward reasonable suggestions so that BIM technology can be applied to engineering construction projects quickly,and the conclusions and prospects of the research are obtained.The paper breaks through the conventional perspective,and does not start from the application of BIM technology.From the perspective of the promotion of BIM technology,transforms qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis,and comprehensively evaluates the maturity of BIM technology application of engineering construction projects.
