| In recent years,the utilization and innovation of industrial land and its attached building space has gradually become a hot topic of social concern.With the release of a series of guidance documents on the transformation of old industrial plants,the construction of residential buildings in industrial plants has become a new topic.Nowadays domestic industrial buildings remaining quantity huge,but there is no specific to the design of industrial workshop class residential specifications defined,it is in the industrial plant as the main body of regional cluster,the inevitable outcome of the industry supporting services,therefore how to systematic,the way of construction standardization,the transition of such housing has become a problem needed to resolve.Prefabricated interior design is the application trend of today’s housing design.It not only has the characteristics of high efficiency and environmental protection,but also has the characteristics of factory,standardization and productization,which has become the basis of universal housing construction.In this thesis,in the industrial plant equipment in the construction of residential and fabricated application trends as the background,analysis of the characteristics and compatibility of the two,in combination with positioning crowd in user research,on the residential construction is dedicated to provide you with a new,reusable product type,in industrial workshop class residence application way,the design of the module specification and upgrade has important research value and practical significance.In this thesis,through the method of literature research,the research status of domestic and foreign industrial workshop residential design and the application status of prefabricated inner assembly are sorted out.And through the comparative study method to analyze the characteristics of assembly and traditional interior decoration,combined with the selection of industrial workshop housing and case comparative analysis,summed up the application of the combination of the two points in the design process.Then through the method of questionnaire,field investigation and user interview,the user,area and function of industrial workshop residential design are positioned in detail.Combined with the previous research content,the design principles and strategies of prefabricated interior decoration applied in industrial workshop residential design are summarized.Based on principles and strategies,inductive classification method is adopted to get the design method of building module division,interior module classification and specific interior parts application type,which provides support for design practice.Ultimately depends on the ji family temple double gen industrial park "office" community of practice project,by using the method of interdisciplinary research for industrial buildings housing model within design and fabricated parts are divided into the application of design,realize the new model,the universal residential product design goal,in order to discuss within fabricated with residential application,the feasibility of the combination of industrial building.The research results of this thesis can provide a feasible reference for industrial workshop space reconstruction and residential design,and also provide a new way for the application of prefabricated internal assembly in building reconstruction design.The integration of the concept and method of prefabricated interior decoration with the reconstruction of industrial factory buildings,in which the design method and residential suite obtained from the research can help developers and designers to produce new decision-making and design ideas in the application level of industrial service upgrading and general industrial building reconstruction. |
