This paper starts from the practical problem that young people are pouring into first-tier cities such as Beijing,but it is difficult to find satisfactory living space.In combination with the discontinued industrial buildings in Beijing,the transformation direction of industrial buildings in recent years and the government's policy direction on solving the housing problem of young people,it complies with the current requirements on the industrialization and standardized production of buildings.The idea of modularization is used to transform the disused industrial building into youth apartment.It can not only reduce the cost,extend the life of industrial buildings and give full play to the advantages of transforming them into youth apartments,but also solve the contradiction between the large number of young people and the small housing rental market.In addition,it can also use the modularity theory to design a living space suitable for the characteristics and needs of young people.Kill three birds with one stone,build a bridge for young people to live and work in first-tier cities.Firstly,by summarizing and summarizing the scale characteristics of industrial buildings and residential buildings,the space scale characteristics of industrial buildings and the limit scale requirements of residential space are obtained.The formula of transforming large space of industrial building into small space of residential building is designed based on the feature of regular module of industrial building.Then the sequence is converted into building module language to build a module grid system in 3d space.Through the scale conversion formula and modulus coordination,the feasibility of modular design of youth apartment under the transformation of industrial buildings is established.Secondly,the technical strategy of residential transformation of industrial buildings will affect the residential feeling after the transformation.In combination with the relationship between industrial buildings and residential space in the residential transformation of industrial buildings,the concept of using SI housing system as its structural system is proposed.The living space and structure will be separated to further enhance the flexibility of living space.In addition,aiming at the problem of shifting key points of indoor and outdoor environment design caused by functional transformation,the corresponding renovation measures are put forward from four aspects of lighting,ventilation,heat preservation and sound insulation to improve the comfort of the transformed residential space and reduce building energy consumption.Finally,according to the classification method of industrial product modules,the youth apartment is divided into four modules of product level,component level,component level and component level from top to bottom.The modules in each functional space are designed according to the above three dimensional module grid and ergonomic scale.Based on the design principles and organization methods of living space,three typical apartment designs are proposed,which are suitable for living alone,two-person living and two-generation living.This article conforms to the government advocates the use of stop using industrial building for the requirement of collective apartment for rent,to youth apartment modular design as a starting point,analysis of the industrial architecture and the feasibility of the residential building space coordinate,and use the SI residential system as the foundation of youth apartment modular design structure,forming a complete set of industry based on the theory of the modular building residential renovation research methods,hope to be able to provide the certain reference value for related topics.
