With the rapid development of social economy,residential decoration industry is undergoing constant upgradation and industrial chain’s vertical division,meanwhile,the prefabrication mode of interior decoration is also pushing the development of decoration industry to an important stage.In China,there are still difficulties in realizing the overall prefabricated interior design due to the factors like current conditions of China,per capita residential area and prefabricated decoration technology.However,applying prefabricated designed method into individual interior space decoration can not only realize the suitability of living and the convenience of post maintenance,but also contribute to the development of prefabricated interior decoration technology in China.As an important part of residential buildings,water supply pipelines have a close relationship with people’s daily life.To ensure the aesthetics of space,many people choose to lay water supply pipelines in the ground or wall during decoration.Such a practice,despite better maintaining the integrity of space,makes the process steps inevitable like destroying the wall or digging the ground and requires the participation of more than one type of workers,thereby increasing maintenance cost.In addition,the dust generated from demolishing the wall for pipeline maintenance will also endanger the health of the construction party and its family members.Meanwhile,construction wastes is doomed to be generated during the maintenance process,thus bringing inconvenience to the family life.Therefore,it is of great importance to study the problems generated from water supply pipeline maintenance in interior design.Starting from the problems generated from the post maintenance of residential water supply pipelines and drawing on prefabricated design,this thesis attempts at seeking the juncture between the post maintenance of water supply pipelines and modern industrialized decoration.Besides,it also studies the prefabricated design of water supply pipeline components in residential buildings with the help of the existing materials,basic situation of the industry and theoretical and practical knowledge about production and construction.Ultimately,this thesis aims at providing useful references for the development of veneer components’ prefabrication of interior water supply pipelines.It is also expected to offer corresponding solutions for the post-maintenance of water supply pipelines in residential buildings,thereby providing useful guidance for the development of interior prefabricated decoration. |
