Research On Integrated Design Of Precast Concrete Balcony Parts In Prefabricated Residential Buildings

In recent years,prefabricated concrete houses,which represent the advanced level of industrialization,have been vigorously promoted and developed by our country,residential components are the basic components of prefabricated concrete houses,the standardization and integrated design of residential components,has become the focus of development.China’s current integrated design concepts and practices for kitchen and bathroom components are relatively mature,as the residents’ demand for residential living quality has increased,the balcony parts that serve as an indoor and outdoor communication medium have also received attention,however,the balcony parts in the prefabricated house are only used as enclosure units,lacking the corresponding functions.Therefore,this paper selects the integrated design of precast concrete balcony parts for research,and through the integration of the balcony parts and the equipment parts to improve the functional value of the balcony parts in the assembled house.This paper starts from the study of the theory of residential parts and their integrated design,combining the analysis of the case design of kitchen and bathroom parts,summarizing the requirements and integration methods of the integrated design of residential parts with equipment parts,and then sorting out the idea of integrated design of residential parts,the idea is that on the premise of satisfying the residents’ functional use and psychological feelings,the integration with the equipment parts is realized,thereby improving the functional connotation of the residential parts and improving the living quality of the residents.Then,according to the functional integration and equipment integration in the requirements of residential part integration design,the research on balcony part integration design was carried out.On the one hand,through the combing of the meaning of the function of the balcony,the balcony of the two types of leisure and service functions is obtained;on the other hand,the prefabricated concrete balcony component which is the matrix of equipment integration is analyzed and studied.These two aspects of the research provide a background for the proposed integrated design strategy for precast concrete balcony parts.Finally,based on the above analysis and summary,the strategy of integrated design of precast concrete balcony parts is proposed.The strategy consists of two parts.The first part is mainly the analysis of prefabricated concrete balcony parts,which is the basis and premise of the integrated design of the balcony parts;the second part integrates the functional parts of the equipment into the balcony parts in two ways:manufacturing integration and construction integration.At the end of the paper,the author puts forward the strategy of integrated design of precast concrete balcony parts into the actual project for simulation design,it verifies the feasibility of this strategy and the important role of integrated equipment parts in improving the function of balcony parts and improving the quality of living,and provides assistance for further research on the integrated design of balcony parts.
