Research On The Development Of Prefabricated External Wall Of Assembly Residential In Beijing

With the increasing problem of environmental pollution in urban construction,labor reduction and resource waste.After 2000,the state has vigorously implemented residential industrialization policies to achieve residential industrialization.Affected by national policies,Beijing vigorously promotes assembled residential construction,and assembled buildings flourished in Beijing.The research on assembled buildings in Beijing originated from the 1950 s.After more than half a century study and technology accumulation,assembled residential systems applied to this stage are formed and have established relatively complete assembled industrial models.However,the outer wall panel is an important external maintenance component in the assembled building,and there are still some problems such as artistic and technical contradictions,the safety and fault-tolerant,energy-saving structure of the structure.Therefore,the thesis follows the latest national policy to prefabricate the exterior walls of the concrete assembly.First of all,the article analyzes the policies,industry background,economic situation,etc.of my country’s installation architecture development and the evolution of assembly building system.based on the case study of assembled residential in Beijing,dividing the prefabricated concrete exterior wall system in Beijing into "exterior wall prefabricated block","exterior wall light major","external wall insulation decoration structure integration" three periods.Social background,structural systems,wall materials,and production methods used in each period of each period have their own distinctive characteristics.In each period,three angles designed,produced,and constructs three angles in each period,and the variations of assembly exterior walls in wall materials,design,node construction,construction installation,finishing treatment,etc.are studied.Discuss the combination of external wall board art and technology,the best cost,and structural insulation optimal.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of various types of outer walls and reflected in the actual case.Finally,the article summarizes the development of the assembly prefabricated exterior wall of Beijing,and analyzes the driving point of its change,and proposes the shortcomings of existence from the extraction experience to make recommendations for future prefabricated external wall development.
