A Study On Community Life Circle Planning Strategies From The Perspective Of Children’s Health

2021 is the opening year for China to undertake the comprehensive construction of a healthy China.With the lack of exercise and increasing psychological problems among children today,using governance to achieve a better allocation of public resources is a key step in addressing health issues at the planning level.As a grassroots governance unit,community living circles highlight the people.centred concept and are generally recognised for their role in improving health.Children’s activities are characterised by their close ties to the community,and because of the three-child policy and the inevitability of children’s health issues,this paper focuses on the children’s group.It is therefore important to clarify the impact of community living areas on children’s health,to investigate and analyse the environment and facilities related to children’s health in existing community living areas,and to establish a strategy for planning community living areas in terms of balancing services,so as to effectively respond to the call for the development of an "active view of health" for all.The study of community living circles is becoming a research hotspot,and most of the studies are related to the problem of resource imbalance caused by spatial disparity.At present,the planning of community living circles is still at a general stage,and there is a lack of refined research on children,and there is a lack of experience in determining the evaluation system.In order to comprehensively investigate and evaluate the current situation of children’s healthiness in community living circles and promote the construction of a healthy environment based on community living circles,this paper,based on a review of theories and documents related to community living circle s and the creation of a healthy environment for children,considers the complexity of children’s health issues,selects cities with different development bases for research and studies,and proposes a quality.enhancing type for Changsha City and a basic sa feguard type for Xiangcheng City respectively.In this study,we propose "soft" and "hard" planning strategies for Changsha City and Xiangcheng City.A study on the current situation of community living circle facilities based on GIS analysis was conducted in Xiangcheng,Henan Province.Under the guidance of the new residential planning and design standards,an evaluation system of community living area facilities from the perspective of children’s health was established,and the corresponding weights were set using the hierarchical analysis method.The aim of the analysis is to explore the current situation of community support facilities in a child.friendly urban environment.A questionnaire-based survey on children’s health environment in communi ty living areas in Changsha.Children’s health is an important component of child-friendly cities.Based on a survey on the current situation of children’s rights protection in Changsha,this study combines the UNICEF Child-Friendly Communities assessment tool to c onduct a survey on children’s health environment in community living areas for six groups of people.The findings were analysed and summarised with the aim of exploring the issues that affect children’s health in urban community living areas with a relativ ely strong child-friendly atmosphere.Through the empirical investigation of the two cities mentioned above,it was found that cities with different development bases face different problems in children’s health environment,therefore,it is necessary to c lassify them when planning community living circles,matching the "hard" and "soft" aspects of planning.On the one hand,this study attempts to sort out the ways and mechanisms through which the community living area environment affects children’s health,and to improve the construction of the relevant index system locally,so as to provide reference for local community living areas to carry out research work in accordance with local conditions.
