Study On Community Life Circle Planning Strategies Based On The Needs Of Preschool Parenting Families

Community is the spatial unit of residents’ daily activities,and its construction quality directly affects residents’ living standard.With the transformation of residential planning mode to people-oriented community life circle planning in China,paying attention to the daily behavior needs of residents in the community is the premise of building community life circle accurately.For families with preschool children,on the one hand,the national three-child policy has been issued,and childcare support systems need to be implemented at the community level.On the other hand,the pressure of child-rearing families is significant and their needs need urgent attention.Therefore,based on the behavioral needs of preschool families,the evaluation of community life circle,an important spatial carrier of preschool children’s care and growth,is conducive to building a child-friendly community environment.In this context,this paper selects preschool parenting families as the research object.Firstly,questionnaire interviews combined with field research are used to deeply study the behavioral needs characteristics of this group in the community life circle,and empirical research on the community life circle is carried out based on these characteristics.At the urban scale,six municipal districts of Changsha were selected to construct the database of road network data,POI data and residential building data of facilities with high frequency of child-care activities.Arc GIS was used to analyze the distribution characteristics and coverage of facilities and grasp the overall characteristics of their public service facilities.However,community life circle research is not only as a planning guide,but also should guide the practice of community life circle construction.Only relying on large-scale urban analysis can not directly meet the needs of refinement,so it is very necessary to study small-scale typical communities.Next,this paper selects a case for in-depth analysis from the traditional neighborhood community,unit public housing community and commercial housing community,which have different geographical location,construction time and physical environment.After dividing the community into 15-minute walking range,The status quo of physical space was analyzed from three aspects of linear space,point space and plane space,namely community walking network,public service facilities and green space square space.The social environment was explored and analyzed from community activity sorting,social network analysis and construction mechanism,and the characteristics of three typical community living circles were summarized.Finally,the planning strategy of community life circle is proposed from city level and community level respectively.City level optimization meet the demands of parenting life circle,circle system,build a family with its slow system and improve the security of social governance pattern of parenting rights at the community level,respectively,in view of the traditional neighborhood communities,unit of public housing,commercial housing community put forward the optimization strategy,to assist child friendly community life planning.
