Research On The Optimization Of Facilities Layout In Community Life Circle Under The Demand Of Youth Behavior

Community is the basic unit of city governance and development.Community life circle is the main space for residents’ daily life.COVID-19 period,community played an important role in the prevention and control of epidemic situation of the pneumonia.The community life circle became the core unit of the whole city running,providing living guarantee for residents.Under abnormal conditions,the growing youth groups have gradually become the backbone of community work that can not be ignored.It is precisely because of the participation of youth groups in community governance that the needs of youth groups in community construction were often ignored in the past.On the one hand,youth groups are keen to immerse themselves in their own world in the tide of Internet;on the other hand,community builders and managers do not pay enough attention to the behavior characteristics and needs of youth groups,which further leads to the transformation of youth groups’ activity space to virtualization and the serious decline of neighborhood communication in community life,There is a lack of space carrier for young people to express their feelings and interact with each other.Therefore,through the construction of the material space in the community life circle,we should help the youth group to change the current predicament.In this context,starting from the behavioral needs of youth groups,this paper studies the layout optimization and promotion of community life circle.Firstly,this paper combs the concept of community life circle and the layout of public service facilities and relevant theoretical research,then analyzes the relationship between youth groups and community public service facilities from the demand level,and summarizes the level of youth group life circle and the types of facilities configuration,which constitutes the theoretical research basis of this paper.Secondly,taking Dalian high tech Industrial Park as an example,the study area is divided into five 15 minute community life circles.According to the characteristics of facilities used by the youth living here,based on the principles of fairness and efficiency,the paper evaluates and analyzes the current situation of the community life circle from three aspects: the number of facilities,the environmental quality of facilities and the coverage of facilities.This paper divides the five life circle into two types: partial improvement and quality improvement,summarizes the current situation of the layout of community life circle facilities in the research area,and puts forward some targeted optimization suggestions.Finally,based on the optimization principles of configuration according to local conditions,composite use of functions,service mode innovation and sharing by time and section,and the optimization objectives of configuration systematization,service equalization and supply and demand matching,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of community life circle facilities layout to meet the behavioral needs of youth groups.Finally,based on the optimization principles of configuration according to local conditions,composite use of functions,service mode innovation and sharing by time and section,and the optimization objectives of configuration systematization,service equalization and supply and demand matching,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of community life circle facilities layout to meet the behavioral needs of youth groups.In this paper,using literature review,interviews and other qualitative research methods combined with questionnaire survey,open data,Arc GIS quantitative analysis,we put forward the optimization strategy of community life circle facilities layout to meet the behavioral needs of youth groups.On the one hand,it provides theoretical reference and support for solving the problems of youth groups in community life in the new era,and realizes the accurate allocation of public resources in order to effectively respond to the needs of social heterogeneity;On the other hand,in order to promote the quality,function and level of facilities in community life circle,so as to build a livable city,it has more important application value and significance,and provides new ideas for the balanced layout of facilities in community life circle.
