Evaluation Of M Company’s Financial Performance Influenced By Digital Technology Application

The development of digital technology has a great impact on the production activities of modern enterprises.Chinese enterprises use digital technology as a means to improve enterprise efficiency in more and more aspects.China’s household electrical appliance industry is a representative industry in China’s manufacturing industry.After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,it has become one of the industries with global market competitiveness in China.With the characteristics of large industrial space and wide development space,home appliance manufacturing industry accommodates many excellent enterprises.By sorting out and studying relevant literature at home and abroad and sorting out relevant theoretical basis,this paper studies M Company as a typical case of digital technology application,and analyzes the impact of digital technology application on financial performance of home appliance manufacturing companies vertically and horizontally.Taking the application of digital technology as an important direction of analysis,through the horizontal research and analysis of M Company’s financial performance in 10 years before and after the application of digital technology,as well as the net interest rate,asset-liability ratio,business cycle and net profit growth rate of representative enterprises in the same industry and the average level of the household appliance industry,the research finds that: Through the application of digital technology,M company has accelerated its operation and management efficiency,and its performance and value have also been improved to a certain extent.The financial performance of M company has been improved to some extent,but there is still room for improvement in its ability to integrate resources.The application of digital technology needs the strong support of national strategy,and more digital technology needs the participation,research and development of enterprises,financial investment and support.As the core technology department of the operation and development of manufacturing enterprises,product R&D center is the first driving force for the implementation of enterprise digital strategy.The investment of digital technology R&D center is an important new symbol to measure the strength of enterprise digital technology transformation ability.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the application of digital technology.
