Research On The Evaluation And Optimization Of Public Facilities Design In Tourism And Leisure Blocks From The Perspective Of Scene Theory

With the rapid growth of people’s consumption demand,tourism and leisure blocks have become a new economic growth point.And as an indispensable part of tourism and leisure blocks,public facilities carry the important roles of historical and cultural inheritance,connecting tourists and the district,and continuing cultural heritage.However,at present,the public facilities in tourism and leisure blocks have the problems of uniformity,lack of cultural connotation and neglect of their own characteristics,resulting in products lacking formal elements,cultural elements,spiritual elements,functional elements and symbolic elements.When designing and developing public facilities,there is also a lack of effective quantitative evaluation methods to evaluate whether they meet the value of the block scene,so it is difficult to screen and optimize schemes.Based on the scene theory,this study systematically summarizes the design elements of public facilities design in tourism and leisure blocks,and then establishes an evaluation index system for the design of public facilities in tourism and leisure blocks through questionnaire surveys of tourists and the use of factor analysis method,and then conduct an analytic hierarchy process of the evaluation index system through the questionnaire survey results of experts and leading users,confirm the weight of each index,and build a complete evaluation model of public facilities design in tourism and leisure blocks.Finally,the model was applied to the design and evaluation of public facilities in Lei Jie,Hefei.Through the comparative analysis of data and evaluation results,a targeted optimization design method was proposed,which can also be used for the design and evaluation of public facilities in other tourism and leisure blocks,and contribute to the sustainable development of tourism and leisure blocks.From the perspective of scene theory,the evaluation model of public facilities design in tourism and leisure blocks is a new evaluation method,which can provide refined quantitative evaluation for the design of public facilities,and also provides designers with more design tools and the way to screen and optimize solutions.In this way,designers can better understand tourists and citizens’ thoughts on public facilities,thereby improving the pertinence and efficiency of the design,and making the design more in line with the expectations and needs of the public.In addition,this evaluation model also helps to highlight the characteristics of tourism and leisure blocks and enhance their image and influence.The evaluation model can better guide the design of public facilities,improve their quality and attractiveness,and make a greater contribution to the development of tourism and leisure blocks.Figure [77] table [52] reference [44]...
