A Study On The Planning Strategy Of Rural Areas Relying On Scenic Spots Based On The Model Of "Pastoral Complex"

"Three Rural Issues" has always been a top priority for our party.In 2023,our country will continue to make solving the issue of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers a primary task for the entire party,concentrating the wisdom of the entire party and society,and making positive contributions to comprehensively promoting the comprehensive development of the cause of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.In recent years,the in-depth exploration and practice of the construction of "rural complex" have provided new ideas for solving the "three rural" issues and "rural revitalization",which are consistent with the actual development of rural areas in China,and have important significance for improving agricultural production,rural life,and the ecological environment.Therefore,the study of rural planning under the "pastoral complex" model in this article has very important theoretical and practical significance for the development and construction of new rural areas in the new era in China,as well as for achieving the revitalization goal of new rural areas.This article takes the theory of "rural complex" as the starting point,uses interdisciplinary knowledge such as architecture,ecology,landscape science,and planning,and combines various research methods to explore the "scenic area dependent" rural planning under the "rural complex" model.First of all,based on a review of existing literature,the current research status and related concepts are reviewed,and on this basis,the research ideas of this paper are determined.Secondly,it discusses the current situation of scenic area dependent rural areas and the basic concepts,characteristics,construction content,construction mode,operation mechanism,core areas,and other contents of rural complex.By comparing the operational characteristics of rural complex theory with the problems faced in scenic area dependent rural planning,it confirms the compatibility of rural complex theory in scenic area dependent rural planning;Then,it constructs the application types and perspectives of the rural complex theory in scenic area dependent rural planning,and clarifies the design principles and application goals.Thirdly,based on the current situation of rural construction,combined with the wishes of villagers,implement the screening of original influencing factors and shape regional factors,thereby forming a scenic area based rural planning and design strategy based on the theory of rural complex in three aspects: "mining original influencing factors,screening original influencing factors,and shaping rural planning and design elements.".Finally,taking Dagang Village,Yefushan Town,Lujiang County as a practical case,the planning strategy proposed in the previous article is applied to the case as theoretical support to produce a relatively complete planning scheme.Figure [72] table [18] reference [96]...
