| Under the background of unprecedented social and economic development,urban spatial sprawl and functional spillovers,the rural space at the edge of the city has been greatly squeezed and affected.With the acceleration of urban-rural integration,urban suburban villages have received attention from all walks of life,and their planning and construction models have been continuously explored.In the planning,is it passively assimilated by the city,or adhere to the heart of the traditional village,or to find a new and appropriate development model has become a difficult choice for the current urban suburban villages.Along with the historical development opportunity of “Village Revitalization Strategy” and “Country Tourism Hot”,the rural complex integrating modern agriculture,leisure tourism and rural community has attracted great attention from all walks of life.As a new model of rural transformation,the rural complex provides new ideas for future rural development.This paper firstly carried out theoretical research,mainly starting from the ollowing three aspects: Firstly,the concept of urban suburbs,urban suburban villages and pastoral complexes is defined;then the connotation and extension of the pastoral complex and its beautiful countryside are The analysis of the characteristic towns;Finally,the applicability analysis of the urban suburban rural development complex is put forward,and the idea of how to construct the rural suburban village oriented by the pastoral complex is proposed.In the specific practical exploration,the selection of Sujiazuo Township in Jiaozuo City is selected as the research object.Firstly,under the premise of fully understanding and analyzing the project profile,the characteristics of its development status are summarized.Then the above mentioned The planning theory is applied to the planning practice of Sujiazuo Township in Jiaozuo City.The planned area is 3016hm2.The overall planning layout is “one axis,two rings,four nodes,five majordivisions”;the last is from modern agricultural space and leisure.The tourism space and the rural community have carried out special planning in order to create a compound rural space with three productions and three generations.At present,the rural construction is biased towards macroscopic research.There are few specific planning studies for certain types of rural areas.The planning method,ideas and practice of urban suburban villages under the guidance of the pastoral complex proposed in this paper hope to be able to apply to urban suburbs.Such rural construction has helped to make contributions to the early realization of rural revitalization,urban-rural integration,and people’s livelihood. |
