Study On Village Planning And Design Based On Scenic Area

Social progress,People’s living standards are constantly improving,many villages have been challenged the original appearance,more and more villages based on local resources,began to transform and update.On the other hand,our government attaches great importance to the construction of rural environmental transformation,and issues a number of documents to build a new countryside,So as to improve the overall environment of the village and the quality of life of the villagers.The author’s participation in the actual rural revitalization project found that the village’s tourism planning and design is gradually being valued.The rural construction around large tourist attractions also needs special planning and design.Its planning needs to be distinguished from the general villages,make local rural characteristics,attract tourists,enhance rural influence and coordinate with the surrounding scenic spots.On the basis of topic selection and investigation,this paper selects scenic-relying villages as the research object,and studies the planning strategies,design principles and design methods of scenic-relying villages.The main contents include:1)Based on the rural planning and design and rural tourism research,this paper sorts out relevant documents,summarizes and analyzes the research status,research content,and research methods,and uses the literature method,field investigation method,and comparative analysis method to study the characteristics of the scenic-based villages.Features,functional positioning,planning status,etc.,summarize its classification and development mode.2)Compare ordinary villages with villages based on scenic spots,summarize the particularities of villages based on scenic spots,and summarize planning strategies for their particularities.The actual research of the thesis focuses on the planning and design of the village based on the scenic spot,and elaborates on the historical evolution of the village,the landscape space,and the regional characteristics of the village.Starting from the relationship between the village and the scenic spots it depends on,the village and surrounding scenic spots are analyzed in a unified manner,and the core-marginal theory,landscape ecology theory and sustainable development theory are used as the basic support.From the tourism planning of the resort-based villages to the spatial layout and then to the detailed design,a detailed investigation and analysis will be made.Comparing the differences in planning between the dependent villages and ordinary villages in the scenic area,summarized the differences between the surrounding villages and ordinary villages in the scenic area.3)According to the previous theoretical combing and the research of the research situation,the planning and design methods of the villages relying on the scenic spot are summarized,and the planning principles,strategies,measures and spatial planning methods are analyzed and discussed.Analyze all aspects of village positioning,industry,space,etc.,and elaborate and summarize the characteristic design elements of rural area,experience,tourism,etc.,to provide a practical planning basis for design practice.4)Based on the planning and design problems and design methods of the scenic-based villages summarized in the previous article,the design practice analyzes the villages in Wuxi Mashan Heping Community,and conducts sufficient investigations and studies on the location,environment,and industrial status of the village,and summarizes the planning Strategy and space design,etc.,Explain in detail how to plan for the village based on the scenic spot,carry out relevant practice on the proposed design strategy,summarize the shortcomings of practice and put forward prospects.In the end,the overall environment of the village is improved,reflecting the characteristics of its particular development.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the design plan,and put forward relevant suggestions for the planning of the scenic villages based on the research done.
