| The report of the 18th Party Congress put forward the key meaning of"production-living-ecological"spatial development for the first time.Since then,in order to optimize the spatial development pattern of the national territory, the academic community has begun to research and discuss the"production-living-ecological"spaces.In addition, with the rise of the concept of livable city development, the study and discussion of the"production-living-ecological"spaces in cities have gradually attracted the attention of the academic community.During his visit to Hangzhou,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that"the three spatial layouts of urban production, living and ecology should be well coordinated to build a livable city with the integration of the production-living-ecological".However,it is particularly urgent and scientifically valuable to identify and optimize the"production-living-ecological"spaces in the central city, and to realize the integrated development of"production-living-ecological"at the city level.Based on this, this paper systematically summarizes the research on the"production-living-ecological"spaces and follows the logic of"spatial identification-current situation analysis-spatial evaluation-optimization and control".taking Chuzhou City as an example to carry out empirical research.First,we established a set of spatial identification technology paths for the"production-living-ecological"in the central city, and solved the problem of"no data area"in previous identification studies by combining remote sensing data with POI data, and optimized the study units with the help of OSM road network data. The study also improved the implementability of the subsequent optimization. The study successfully identified 56.86km~2,60.36 km~2,and 66.49 km~2 of single living, production, and ecological space in the central city of Chuzhou, and further revealed the quantitative structure and distribution characteristics of the"production-living-ecological"space through the division of group units.Second, the use of GIS spatial analysis methods in the overall distribution pattern level reveals the"production-living-ecological"spatial pattern distribution characteristics of the central city of Chuzhou:production space concentrated contiguous, single point into a pole;living space elements dense, point nucleus clustering;ecological space blue and green into the potential, the two wings less. With reference to the theory of landscape ecology, the spatial pattern of"production-living-ecological"is measured quantitatively from five aspects, such as dominance, fragmentation, dispersion, heterogeneity and specificity. The dominance of production space is the highest, the fragmentation of ecological space is the highest, and the aggregation of living and living space is better.Through the analysis of spatial distribution pattern and landscape pattern, combined with field research,we summarized the current problems of"production-living-ecological"space.Again,by constructing the spatial suitability evaluation system for ecology, living and production, the results of the suitability evaluation of the"production-living-ecological"spaces are obtained, and the most suitable, highly suitable, generally suitable and unsuitable zones are divided, and the general pattern characteristics of spatial distribution are analyzed.Among them, the most suitable zones for ecological, production and living spaces accounted for 3.32%,12.8%and 28.4%respectively.Based on the essential functions of the"production-living-ecological"spaces,the functional evaluation index system of the"production-living-ecological"spaces was constructed, and the current identified spaces were functionally evaluated and graded into low-function,medium-function and high-function zones, and the structural ratios of each type of zones were quantified in terms of clusters. The structure ratio of each type of zoning was quantified by group, which further revealed the characteristics of the functional distribution of the"production-living-ecological"spaces.Among them,38.8%,23.2%and 47.7%of the high-functional zones are ecological, production and living spaces, respectively. Finally, based on the results of the spatial suitability and functionality evaluation of the"production-living-ecological",a"one-three-dimensional"spatial optimization and control strategy is proposed.By reconstructing spatial control lines and implementing unit control strategies,the"production-living-ecological"spaces are optimized in the overall pattern. After the optimization, the ratio of living, production and ecological space is adjusted to28.82%,32.53%and 38.65%,which increases the spatial coordination and agglomeration degree and realizes the optimization and reconstruction of the"production-living-ecological"space.The purpose of this paper is to enrich the theoretical method of identifying and optimizing the reconstruction of the"production-living-ecological"spaces in the central city, and to explore how to scientifically lay out the three major functional spaces of production, living and ecology,so as to promote the integrated development of the"production-living-ecological"spaces in the central city and the sustainable development of the city. This study will provide some reference for the realization of a livable city with the integration of"production-living-ecological".Figure[73]table[25]reference[69]... |
