Study On The Suitability Evaluation And The Optimization Of "Production-Living-Ecological" Space In Typical Urban Fringe

Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,the contradiction between land development and utilization and the construction of ecological civilization has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the state has formulated a series of relevant policies at the level of land and space development,requiring further clarification of the suitability of land use,and space optimization as an important measure for the construction of ecological civilization.Under this macro background,it is particularly important to carry out related researches on the suitability and optimization path of the“Production-Living-Ecological”(P-L-E)space.The“P-L-E”space refers to production space,living space and ecological space.In this study,after combing the previous research progress of“P-L-E”space,taking Licheng District as an example,according to the dominant function of land use,we classified the“P-L-E”space in Licheng District,and used Arc GIS software and landscape pattern index method to clarify the current situation and characteristics of the study area in 2018,and selected indicators from three aspects of production,life and ecology To build the suitability evaluation system,with the help of analytic hierarchy process and spatial overlay analysis,carry out the suitability evaluation of“P-L-E”space in the study area,and finally compare the evaluation optimization results with the current planning,and put forward the feasible optimization path.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of the quantitative structure,the proportion of the“P-L-E”space in Licheng District is production space(40.68%)>ecological space(30.32%)>living space(29.01%).In terms of spatial structure,the fragmentation degree of patches in the production space of Licheng District is the highest,the patches are irregular and uneven in shape,and there are dominant land types with better connectivity(cultivated land).The degree of plaque fragmentation in living space is the lowest,the shape of plaque is the most regular,and the connectivity of different species is poor.The fragmentation degree of ecological space is high,the patch shape is more regular,and the patch type is rich.(2)The proportion of the most suitable area for the“P-L-E”space in Licheng District is production space(10.29%)>living space(9.75%)>ecological space(4.25%).From the perspective of spatial characteristics,the distribution of each suitable area of production space has the characteristics of aggregation and distinct hierarchy.The living space suitable area is mainly distributed in the north of Licheng District,and the most suitable area is generally the core of the semi-circular distribution.The distribution of suitable areas in the ecological space is different,the most suitable area is in the form of block distribution,the adjacent distribution of suitable area and general suitable area is in the form of strip distribution,and the unsuitable area is in the form of plane aggregation distribution.(3)The“P-L-E”space suitability in most areas of Licheng District is relatively good,but there are also some areas that need to be optimized and adjusted in space,with a total area of 660.46 km~2.Among them,the total area after optimization of production space increased by 12.90 km~2compared with before optimization,the total area after optimization of living space increased by 2.60 km~2compared with before optimization,and the total area after optimization of ecological space decreased by 15.52 km~2compared with before optimization.
