The optimization of land spatial pattern is a key measure for the construction of ecological civilization and spatial planning reform in my country,and it is also an important strategic issue for realizing sustainable regional socio-economic development.In this context,the scientific identification and quantitative analysis of the structure and characteristics of the "three life" spaces,and the optimization and adjustment of the national land spatial pattern have important practical significance for the regional spatial governance and the construction of the national land space planning system.Based on this,this paper follows the logic of "evolution process-current situation-conflict diagnosis-demand forecastlayout optimization",with the aim of realizing the optimization and upgrading of the "Production-Living-Ecological" spatial pattern in Dongzhi County in 2035,revealing the evolution characteristics and existing problems of the "three living" spatial pattern,and constructing the "three living" spatial classification system and the "three living" spatial suitability evaluation system,and finally formed the spatial optimization pattern of "three life" in Dongzhi County,and put forward specific optimization measures and suggestions.First of all,by sorting out the domestic and foreign research on the "Production-LivingEcological" space and related theoretical basis,commencing with the essence of the "Production-Living-Ecological" and integrating it with the practical circumstances of the study area,this paper constructs the "Production-Living-Ecological" spatial classification system of Dongzhi County,and the identified land use data Divided into ecological space(land ecological space and water ecological space),production space(agricultural production space and industrial production space),living space(urban living space and rural living space).The article analyzes the dynamic evolution characteristics of the quantity structure and pattern distribution of Dongzhi County’s "Production-Living-Ecological" space from the time dimension,as well as the pattern distribution characteristics of the current "Production-Living-Ecological" space from the spatial dimension in terms of horizontal and vertical angles,and proposes the current problems of "Production-LivingEcological" space.Secondly,the "Production-Living-Ecological" space is incorporated into the "dual evaluation" system,and evaluation indicators are selected based on geographical location,socio-economic factors,hydrology,meteorology and other conditions,thus forming an evaluation indicator system for the suitability of " Production-Living-Ecological " space in Dongzhi County.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy weighting method are used in combination to assign weights to the evaluation indicator factors.And through the superposition analysis of single factors through comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation results of the importance of ecological protection,suitability for agricultural production,suitability for industrial production,and suitability for living spaces are obtained,and corresponding suitability zoning is delineated.Finally,sort out the principles,related goals and implementation paths of the spatial pattern optimization of "Production-Living-Ecological" in Dongzhi County.Based on the current situation analysis and the results of the suitability evaluation of "Production-LivingEcological" space,ecological protection red lines and permanent basic farmland in Dongzhi County are attempted to be delineated according to factors such as natural protected areas,wetland conservation areas,farmland quality,and degree of concentration and continuity.Additionally,the conflict areas between production spaces and living spaces are identified by combining the suitability zoning of space.Forecast the annual production and living space scale requirements of the planning target,optimize and control the "Production-LivingEcological" spatial pattern of Dongzhi County with rigid boundaries and flexible scale,and put forward strategic suggestions.Figure [81] table [32] reference [78]... |
