Energy is an important material foundation for the development of the national economy and human society,and an important component of building a modern economic system.As the new force of the energy structure,new energy is the main body for energy transformation.In September 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping announced that China would aim to peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060,which indicates that China’s new energy industry will usher in a new era with unprecedented development opportunity.Sichuan Shengtian New Energy Development Co.,Ltd.(Referred to as Shengtian New Energy or Company)is the largest new energy enterprise with the largest installed capacity of photovoltaic power in Sichuan Province,specializing in the development,construction,and operation of photovoltaic power stations.It has a significant influence in the photovoltaic industry in Sichuan Province.In recent years,but there has been a lack of competitiveness in the development process.Under the new situations,how to adopt development strategy optimization to seize market,find new profit growth points,and promote high-quality and sustainable development of the company is a core issue that needs to be addressed.This dissertation takes Shengtian New Energy as the research object,and it is found that there are problems in the development strategy of the company,such as small project scale,unreasonable industrial layout,poor project operation and insufficient scientific and creative ability,by using the method of questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,and analytic hierarchy process,and the causes of these problems are determined,by combing the relevant research results at home and abroad,and based on the overview and development strategy status of the company.It uses SWOT,PEST,and Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the internal and external environment of the company.Based on the existing problems and causes,it formulates a growth-type diversification development strategy of “One-master lead,two-wing drive,global synergy” by using the theory of diversification and collaborative strategy.The dissertation optimization measures are proposed from the perspective of high-level investment layout,fine operation,high-quality scientific and technological innovation,and high standards of work,and at the same time,it put forward safeguards in the aspects of adjusting the organizational structure,optimizing human resource management and improving the construction of institutional systems.This dissertation expects to provide reference for the strategic optimization of Shengtian New Energy,and references for other similar new energy enterprises.
