Research On The Renewal Strategy Of Historical And Cultural Blocks Under The Background Of Stock Optimization

Nowadays,China’s urban construction is gradually changing from "incremental expansion" to "stock optimisation" to meet the people’s needs for a better life.Faced with the main theme of "stock renewal" in urban construction,as well as the new construction requirements of optimising urban structure,making up for urban shortcomings and solving the many contradictions exposed by rapid urban expansion,the stock of historical districts carrying the "memory of the times" is faced with the challenge of how to complete The development dilemma is how to complete a high quality,efficient and multi-dimensional conservation,renewal and reuse.In the past,the renewal of historical and cultural districts only preserved and restored the appearance of the buildings in the district,but neglected the need to keep up with the times and "people’s livelihood".This study is based on the background of urban regeneration of stock optimization,taking the revival of historical and cultural neighbourhoods and the construction of public services as the starting point,taking the Nanmen historical heritage neighbourhood of Xiajiang County as the research object,based on literature research method,field research method,hierarchical analysis method and other research methods,analyzing and summarizing relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad and relevant cases of revival of historical and cultural neighbourhoods at home and abroad,establishing a stock historical and cultural regeneration index system,and finally proposing a modernization and regeneration strategy for the Nanmen historical heritage neighbourhood of Xiajiang County.This article follows the technical route of "policy guidelines-theoretical research-case studies-model construction-subject evaluation-practical solutions".The article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which focuses on the background of the study,the significance of the study,the overview of the study,and the content and methodology of the study.Chapter 2 is devoted to the concepts and characteristics of stock optimisation,historic and cultural districts and community public spaces.Chapter 3 is a case study analysis,in which the cases of the renewal of Fengqiao Ancient Town in Zhejiang Province and the Yixing Book House in Ding Shu Town are selected from the perspective of the overall neighbourhood and the cultural building nodes respectively,to summarise the design ideas,design methods and design principles of the cases and provide a feasible basis for the design strategy.Chapter 4 is devoted to the construction of a model for the renewal of stock historical and cultural districts.This chapter proposes the renewal objectives,contents,paths,evaluation systems,technical means,construction techniques and post-production guarantees for stock historical and cultural districts through preliminary literature research and case studies,The study establishes a system of indicators for the stock historic and cultural quarter through literature review,expert interviews and hierarchical analysis,which provides scientific and reasonable guidelines for the renewal of the Nanmen Historic Quarter.Chapter5 is an analysis of the history and current situation of the Nanmen Historic Remnant Quarter in Xiajiang County,which focuses on an in-depth analysis of the historical development history and current development status of the Nanmen Historic Remnant Quarter.This chapter evaluates the current condition of the Nanmen Historic Quarter based on the established index weighting system for the stock of historic and cultural districts,and provides a more focused design direction for the regeneration strategy of the Nanmen Historic Quarter.Chapter 7presents the regeneration and redevelopment strategies for the Nanmen Historic Quarter,which is divided into theoretical research strategies based on the previous research data and design strategies for concrete implementation.
