Evaluation Of Integrated Energy Service Station System Based On Social Benefits

Driven by the energy revolution,the energy integrated service station provides new ideas for energy development with the characteristics of multi energy coupling,coordination and complementarity.The integrated energy service station realizes the effective improvement of energy efficiency through the integration of multiple stations.In the future,China’s energy system will develop in the direction of economy,efficiency and security.The systematic evaluation of energy integrated service station is of great significance to the development and improvement of energy integrated service station.This paper evaluates and studies the comprehensive energy service station from the perspective of social benefits.This paper first analyzes domestic and foreign energy integrated services and social efficiency assessment research,summarizing the development status and trends of domestic and foreign energy comprehensive services,researching related assessment indicators.And the structural framework of the energy integrated service station,data center,storage station,distributed energy,and shift power station.Analysis of social benefits of energy integrated service stations,pointing out its research significance.Subsequently,the construction of the evaluation system is studied.According to the principles of scientificity,systematicness,practicability,independence and representativeness,this paper puts forward 15 relevant evaluation indexes from the four aspects of natural environment,economic development,social development and operational energy efficiency,defines each index,and lays a foundation for the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system.In order to give consideration to subjectivity and objectivity,the evaluation method of the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is selected,and the principle and evaluation steps of the method are introduced in detail.The system evaluation system of energy comprehensive service station based on social benefits is established.Finally,taking an energy comprehensive service station project as an example,combined with expert scoring,the energy comprehensive service station is evaluated and analyzed,and the index scores and comprehensive scores of the project for three consecutive years are calculated.Through the result analysis,the effectiveness of the evaluation system of energy comprehensive service station based on social benefits proposed in this paper is verified.
