Study On The Social Evaluation Of X Bus Passenger Station Project

Transportation is the main artery of national economic development,while highway passenger transport industry controls the local passenger transport market through the resources of the bus terminal.As an infrastructure project that has a significant impact on the local economic and social development,it is very necessary for enterprises to make social evaluation in investing in the bus terminal.However,the social evaluation of China's early bus passenger station construction projects is mainly financial evaluation and economic evaluation,and social evaluation is rare.At present,there is no set of formed social evaluation system and method for the construction project of bus passenger station.In view of the above situation,it is very necessary for this paper to make an in-depth and systematic study on the social evaluation of the construction project of the bus passenger station.First of all,the author combed the research status of social evaluation theory at home and abroad through consulting domestic and foreign literatures,summarized the research results at home and abroad,and deeply studied the relevant theories of social evaluation of highway construction projects.Secondly,this paper makes a comparative study of several commonly used evaluation and analysis methods for social evaluation of bus passenger station construction projects.Combined with the specific characteristics of the index system,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are selected as the main methods of social evaluation in this paper.Thirdly,the social impact of the construction project of the bus passenger station is deeply analyzed.Combining with the actual situation of the construction project of the X bus passenger station,through on-the-spot investigation,reference to previous literature and expert consultation to collect data,a set of practical index system is constructed,which comprehensively covers four first-class indexes,namely,social economic impact,social environmental impact,social compatibility and social risk,and 16 second-class indexes.On this basis,the judgment matrix is constructed through expert scoring to determine the index weight.Social evaluation is carried out by using the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation results are obtained and the deficiencies are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.It can provide reference and enlightenment for the better implementation of the X bus passenger station construction project.
