Research On The Space Layout Strategy Of The Facilities For The Elderly In Nangang District Of Harbin From The Perspective Of Social Fairness

Population aging is a serious problem in China's social development.Under the influence of traditional life concepts,people are more willing to choose the way to take care of the aged at home.However,as the aging rate and proportion of elderly people living alone increase year by year,living in the facilities for the elderly has become an important lifestyle for the elderly.However,the planning method of the facilities for the elderly stays on satisfying indicators.With the rapid development of China's economy,people's needs for life have gradually changed from the material level to the spiritual level,and the problem of equalization of public service facilities has emerged.From the perspective of social equity,the research discusses the evaluation methods of the spatial layout of the facilities for the elderly,and proposes corresponding strategies for the spatial layout of the facilities for the elderly.The study takes Nangang District of Harbin as an example.Study the use of mathematical statistical analysis and geographic information system technology to evaluate the current situation of the spatial layout of the facilities for the elderly in Nangang District by computation and comparison through a variety of classic evaluation models.The research analyzes the causes of the unfair status quo,and proposes a planning strategy for the spatial layout of the facilities for the elderly.This research has certain use significance and practical promotion value.The research inquires related research at home and abroad,analyzes the similarities and differences between the development models and planning layouts of the facilities for the elderly at home and abroad,and summarizes the development trends of social fairness in research methods and applications.The review found that the domestic research technology for the facilities for the elderly is relatively single,and the theoretical application of social fairness needs to be expanded.The review provides theoretical support for research directions,rating analysis,planning strategies and measures research.The author defines relevant concepts and theories,analyzes the meaning of social fairness,combines the characteristics of the facilities for the elderly,summarizes the connotation of fairly distribute the facilities for the elderly,and develops a rating method and index system from two aspects: supply and demand fairness evaluation and space fairness evaluation.The research integrates various data of Nangang District of Harbin City,and uses the fairness evaluation method of the facilities for the elderly as the basic theory.The paper analyzes the facilities for the elderly from two aspects: supply and demand fairness,and space fairness.It summarizes the problems and deficiencies of old-age facilities in Nangang District,Harbin in terms of facility scale,space layout,service level,and policy management.This article analyzes the contradictions in fairly distribute the facilities for the elderly,and puts forward planning suggestions and optimization measures for the planning of the facilities for the elderly in Nangang District.Taking the Nangang District of Harbin City as an example,this paper discusses the problems in the spatial layout of the facilities for the elderly from the perspective of social fainess,focuses on the needs of urban disadvantaged groups,promotes equalization of public services,and provides theoretical basis and technical support for planning policies of urban public service facilities.The research fully integrates urban planning discipline theory with geographic information system technology,mathematical statistics technology,and network data acquisition technology,establishs an evaluation framework for the spatial distribution of the facilities for the elderly based on social fairness,hoping to contribute to similar urban public service facility planning.
