Research On The Space Layout Of Green Space In Fuzhou City Based On Social Fairness

With the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards are improving day by day.In addition to meet their own material needs,people have higher requirements for spiritual life.Urban green space is an important place,which can enrich people's spiritual life,not only serve for the ecological environment,but also for the people's daily recreation.Therefore,more and more people pay attention to whether the park could meet the needs of residents.Also people concern about the fairness of the use of residents as other public service facilities.So there is an urgent need for us to study the social fairness of green space layout.Fuzhou is the capital city of Fujian Province which has pretty natural conditions and relatively rich basic resources.It pays attention to the construction of urban green space,so its green space could basically meet the needs of residents.But from the perspective of social fairness,there is still little systematic and scientific study on the spatial layout of the green space.This study takes social fairness as the basis of research and the fundamental goal,analyzing and optimizing the spatial layout of green space in Fuzhou respectively from rights fairness and opportunity fairness.On the one hand.It could take a quantitative analysis of the spatial distribution of green space from a new perspective,on the other hand,it could provide references to Fuzhou and other cities.This study combines the "Fuzhou 2011-2020 master plan" with the"Fuzhou 2015-2020 green space system planning".On the basis of the predecessor's studies,the study use the traditional literature,field survey and GIS spatial analysis method to do some researches.First,it studies the rights fairness of the green space layout through the service coverage.Secondly,it studies opportunity fairness of the green space layout through service overlap ratio and draws the advantages and disadvantages of the status quo of space layout by overall analyzing the result from different regional and streets.Finally,combined with the analysis results,it tries to propose the existing problems of space layout and gives constructive suggestions to the development ideas and research focus of the future development of green space in Fuzhou and other urban green space.According to the above researches,the main results are as follows:(1)Through the review of literatures,the collection of data and the field researches,the present situation and the inadequacies can be found and the research ideas and methods can be summed up after organizing the analysis of existing information.The accessibility analysis and superposition analysis in GIS are used as the main analysis tools in this research.Service coverage can be obtained through accessibility of network analysis to express the right fairness of green space layout.Then,the service overlap rate can be obtained through accessibility of buffer analysis to express the opportunity fairness of green space layout.(2)Based on the previous researches,the basic data in Fuzhou are prepared,such as the 75 green spaces of Fuzhou and the traffic network in Fuzhou.The five districts and 41 streets and the population data of Fuzhou,the residential area in Fuzhou and so on.At the same time,GIS database should be established for the.analysis.(3)According to the theories,methods and steps of the researches,the thesis analyzes the rights fairness and opportunity fairness of the green space layout in Fuzhou.Also by comparing them,the thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of green space layout in different districts.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,the five administrative regions are divided into "exemplary area","general area" and "area to be improved".The suggestions will be proposed to optimize the green space layout which can provide more comprehensive,scientific and rational optimizations for green space's construction in Fuzhou.
