| Subway is an important part of urban public transportation. The study of subway fairness can measure the fairness of opportunities for travelers in different regions to use the subway,so as to reflect the specific causes of inequity, provide reference for planners, and quantitatively study subway. The fairness of resource allocation also has good theoretical and practical significance for evaluating the degree of social development and progress.Taking the southern part of Beijing as an example, this paper analyzes the fairness of subway stations based on the attraction accessibility.Firstly, the study area is divided into administrative district, traffic community and basic research unit step by step.Using POI and administrative map data, the analysis is carried out from four aspects: population distribution, rail transit development, radiation range of subway stations and the number and diversity distribution of supporting facilities around stations. Then, this paper quantifies the level of the attraction accessibility in the study area, establishes a weighted cumulative chance model that combines the density of the road network around the station, the number of five types of supporting facilities and the number of transfer facilities. The combination weighting method combined with the entropy value method is used for parameter calibration, which reflects the differences in the attraction accessibility of subway stations in each administrative area.Based on the attraction accessibility of subway stations, the regional accessibility of each basic research unit and each traffic community in the study area is quantified, and a calculation method combining the attraction accessibility of subway stations with the coverage area ratio of the radiation range of the site is proposed. The regional accessibility of traffic community and basic research unit are divided into 5 levels from low to high, reflecting the regional accessibility differences in different regions. Finally, from the perspective of horizontal equity, this paper quantifies the fairness of subway in the study area based on the attraction accessibility of stations, establishes Theil index model to measure regional fairness, and grades the inequality index and the contribution rate of inequality uniformly at the administrative level and the traffic community level. The specific causes of inequity in each administrative region and each traffic district within the administrative region are determined. In view of the specific causes of inequity, some suggestions are put forward from two aspects: the layout of stations and lines, and the traffic conditions around stations, which can provide reference for planners. |
