The thesis is under the background of energy structure adjustment since he 13 th Five-year-plan,In order to solve the problems of large pumped storage turbine(LPST),which can play the role of energy storage and regulation in the power grid system,the market demand of LPST is increasing sharply and the equipment manufacturing cycle is difficult to meet,Through the application of industrial engineering method and lean production method,reduce the product manufacturing cycle,solve the delivery contradiction,and explore the application of lean production in large-scale discrete manufacturing.This thesis focuses on the characteristics of LPST as a typical single piece,small batch and customized products of large hydropower plants,Taking the LPST product manufacturing cycle of Dongfang Electric Machinery Co.,Ltd.as the research object,Fully apply the basic industrial engineering method research theory,advanced lean production mode and information means,Analyze the manufacturing value process of LPST ball valve products,Find out the abnormal problems,Using lean "just in time" and "pull" production methods which combined with product characteristics,Make lean process improvement,single point improvement and system improvement for LPST product manufacturing process,and using the customized MES information system to achieve the lean production mode of information landing.Through the research and application of this thesis,the LPST product manufacturing cycle of Dongfang Electric Machinery Co.,Ltd.has been greatly reduced 45% scope,product turnover speed up,the occupation of funds dropped sharply,the cost has been effectively controlled,customer satisfaction has been greatly improved;At the same time,the successful practice and application of lean production mode in compressing the manufacturing cycle of LPST product has formed a set of lean pull production planning operation system suitable for large-scale equipment manufacturing,which provides a template and successful reference experience for the promotion and application of other equipment products in the company.
