| As a socio-economic link between urban and rural areas,road transportation network has a positive role in guiding,supporting and guaranteeing regional economic development.With the continuous development of society,the government and residents pay more and more attention to the construction and improvement of highway transportation.As an important index to evaluate the level of highway construction,the analysis and summary of accessibility can help provide theoretical reference for the construction of highway transportation network.Cheng’an County is located in the south of Handan City,bordering with Henan Province,and it is important for Handan City to build a transportation hub.This paper takes Cheng’an County as the research area,refers to related theoretical studies at home and abroad,and analyzes the road accessibility of Cheng’an County in the context of territorial spatial planning based on spatial vector data and socio-economic data,with the help of Arc GIS platform,combined with minimum impedance,kernel density analysis and connectivity model.Through comparative analysis,it is found that:(1)Spatial analysis shows that the accessibility distribution of Cheng’an County is characterized by a single center and multiple circles,with the high accessibility areas mainly located in the area where the county capital is located and the eastern and western areas having the worst accessibility.The accessibility distribution trends within the nine townships tend to be consistent with the overall accessibility distribution trends in Cheng’an County.(2)Analysis of road networks and villages in nine townships in Cheng’an County from the perspective of density shows that the distribution of road traffic network density is characterized by a generally higher density of road networks near the main roads than in other areas,showing a polycentric distribution.By calculating the average ownership of roads in villages within the nine townships and comparing it with the density of villages and road traffic network density,it is found that the construction situation within Baishiying township is the least satisfactory.(3)The calculation and analysis of the connectivity of road traffic in Cheng’an County reveals that its connectivity is generally low,at a low level of connectivity,and there are major problems when analyzed as a whole and within different townships.By analyzing and summarizing the factors affecting the accessibility,it is found that socio-economic factors have the greatest influence on the accessibility of Cheng’an County,and affect each other with the road traffic network,forming a positive feedback system;the road traffic network structure is second only to the socio-economic factors,affecting the smoothness of roads in different sub-regions;natural factors have the least influence,affecting the construction quality and cost of the road itself.Combining with the problems of highway traffic network construction in Cheng’an County itself and intraregional differences,we analyze,follow the optimization principles,adopt scientific optimization ideas,and propose corresponding strategies based on the results of accessibility analysis: break the restrictions of location conditions and improve the accessibility of east-west region;strengthen the construction of highway network and improve the density of highway network;further optimize the highway grade distribution and improve the connectivity of highway network degree.Based on the factors affecting the accessibility,the following strategies are proposed: take advantage of the current situation of regional development to bring into play the location advantages;improve the road network supporting facilities to reduce the influence of unfavorable factors;improve the road traffic network structure by combining with the spatial development pattern. |
