stable growth of the Chinese economy and the enhancing optimized investment environment,China vigorously develops the construction of the free trade zone by implementation of the“Belt and Road”initiative project in this era by implementing the policy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Promote the acceleration of localization development strategies.Ever since the implementation of reform and opening up of China,several multinational companies have actively promoted the localization strategy in manufacturing,marketing,human resources while in research and development.Likewise,the reform and reopening of the country have certainly revealed a significant improvement in the national economy and living standard in the last 30 years while the policy has brought several developments and advancements in the field of medicine.It is absolute that the medical industry is one of the strongest industries in the 21st century with the increasing demand,development and competition.Meanwhile,the industry is known for its remarkable growth–20%average growth annually.The main purpose of this article is to discusses the political,economic,social and technical environment of medical device industry in the decades of development of China;analyzing the current situation of the industry by understanding the development challenges,macro environment of China’s medical industry.The solutions provide theoretical guidance for the healthy and sustainable development of medical companies while promote the sustainable and stable progress of national health sector.This article mainly uses Company M as a case,on analyzing the characteristics of China’s localization strategy in major foreign medical industries.This study adopts methods such as literature research,strategic business analysis,and case analysis.Discussion of the opportunities and challenges have been presented by utilizing the SWOT analysis,PST analysis,IFE and EFE strategic analysis methods,key measures to promote the success of localization strategy,and provide theoretical support and policy recommendations for the localization strategy of Company M.Finally,the article starts from the research foundation and conclusion of the localization strategy of Company M,and summarizes the generalization of the localization strategy in China in China to concludes that the universal conclusions and suggestions of the industry’s reference value are reference.On this basis,this paper also explore the localization strategy of multinational companies in the medical device industry,conducts comprehensive thinking and analysis to further improve the management level of multinational medical device companies and corporate macroeconomic decisions.This
