With the globalization of the world economy and the acceleration of the integration process,the establishment of global information networks and the diversification of consumer demand,multinational corporations are facing more open and turbulent circumstances.Similarly,in China,the external environment of the Class A scientific analytical instrument industry has also undergone tremendous changes: Sino-US trade friction,China's economic strength and technological improvement,the rise of Chinese brands,the transformation of China's economic system,every change under the external circumstances,such as a major personnel change in the brand,has had a profound impact on the development of the second-line brand of the US multinational company,American A Scientific Instruments company,in China.The severe challenges may be threats or opportunities.This paper analyzes the problems currently faced by the American A Scientific Instruments company,a second-line brand of multinational company in the scientific instrument industry,and combines the internal resources of the enterprise to find out the advantages,disadvantages and core competitiveness of the enterprise.Opportunities and threats generated by changes in the external environment of the enterprise to select the best business strategy need to be coordinated.
