With the deepening of economic globalization,more and more transnational corporations are becoming active in the world economic arena.Transnational corporations are the important carrier and realization channel for the transfer and circulation of production factors among countries.They are a global production chain and network based on the world 's resource endowment.To a large extent,they connect all countries and regions around the world.They have become Ties between countries around the world.Under the background of economic globalization,some world-famous multinational medical equipment c ompanies also come to China to build factories,invest and set up branches,but their operations in China are not entirely satisfactory.The main reason is that their enterprises do not adapt to China's economic and cultural environment,and their localiza tion is relatively poor,so they cannot be accepted by China's medical product market,which requires multinational enterprises to reflect and analysis.Based on the theory of strategic analysis,this paper analyzes and summarizes the foreign medical enter prises in China,and makes a detailed and in-depth analysis of the business strategy,product characteristics and market environment of the case company DZ in China.Starting from the main problems existing in its current localization strategy,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization strategies,which are scientific and reasonable pricing,local R & D and marketing Marketing localization,talent localization,and enterprise image optimization.In the research of this paper,we discussed the local ization development of multinational medical device companies,hoping to bring valuable information for the development of domestic enterprises,further determine the development trend of medical device field,as well as the problems of host country's fiel d positioning and entry mode in the process of localization,which is conducive to guiding the design of domestic medical device companies in an all-round way,scientific localization operation strategy,and to promote domestic medical device companies to move towards the world,give full play to their potential,and through abundant international resources to implement overseas transnational localization operation,provide guidance value suggestions.
