With the economic development,China's electrical enterprises no longer satisfied with the domestic market,began to seek overseas markets,cross-border mergers and acquisitions has become a major choice for international investment.In recent years,more and more Chinese enterprises have begun to implement the internationalization strategy and carry o ut business abroad.China's economy is in a process of transformation,so China's economic environment is not only complex and changeable,and the situation is unpredictable,which is quite different from the stable operating environment of the western economic environment.Despite the emergence of an international boom in China,but as a novice,in the process of internationalization,Chinese enterprises and other enterprises have already implemented many years of internationalization strategy will be different.Taking TCL group as an example,this paper discusses the internationalization strategy of Chinese enterprises.Based on the analysis and control of the basic theory of TCL Corporation strategic development choice in management companies,the causes of these problems are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The first part of this paper mainly introduces the significance and purpose of the research,which are the theoretical basis of this paper.The second part of this paper elaborates the strategic development of TCL Company in detail,focusing on the analysis and grasp of the content.The third part of this paper is TCL Corporation in the development of strategic status,the fourth part of this paper is TCL in Vietnam strategic development problems,the fifth part is to deal with the problem of TCL in Vietnam strategic development solutions,and this is the important content of this paper.According to the above exposition and analysis,the sixth part of this paper is the sixth chapter conclusions and recommendations,which is also the focus of this paper.In view of the existing problems at this stage,the corresponding solutions are obtained through analysis and research,with a view to the future research practice has certain reference significance.Under the background of rapid development of information development,the spatial distance of countries all over the world is not a problem.Individuals can reflect the whole society,and individual enterprises can represent the development of the whole country.Looking for development and survival is the goal of every enterprise.After more than thirty years of reform and opening up,China has invested in foreign trade in the world,and Vietnam is the potential market aimed at the Chinese enterprises.This article analyses the existing enterprises in Vietnam which has developed successfully in Vietnam and studies how the Chinese enterprises implement the international strategy in Vietnam.This article is based on the related international war.On the basis of reviewing the situation of Chinese enterprises in Vietnam and the development of the Vietnamese electronic industry in these years,we take TCL as an example to study the successful management rules of market entry and market penetration.Nowadays,more research tends to enter the mode of internationalization of enterprises theoretical research,but for a Chinese enterprise in developing countries,the strategic choice of internationalization of less research.Therefore,this paper mainly through the specific case study of China's establishment of multinational companies in Vietnam,found that there are problems,and put forward appropriate countermeasures to solve the practi cal problems,in order to better help China to set up a multinational company in Vietnam and run well,at the same time for Chinese enterprises to enter the southeast Asian region strategic choice for reference.
