With the continuous promotion of China’s regional economic integration and the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry,the regional multi-airport cooperative development model with airport clusters has become an important way to transform and develop China’s civil aviation transportation industry.As a national strategic plan,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Airport Cluster has been given the important mission of building a world airport cluster,and has received wide attention from all walks of life.However,from the current perspective,the development of Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area Airport Cluster is not optimistic,and there are problems such as overlapping strategic positioning of each airport,serious convergent development and unreasonable resource allocation,so how to realize the synergistic development of GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Airport Cluster has become an urgent problem to be solved.This thesis presents an empirical analysis of the level of synergistic development of airport clusters in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of synergistic development of airport clusters,which is of practical significance to promote the synergistic development of airport clusters in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area and achieve the goal of building a world-class airport cluster.This thesis firstly defines the definition of airport cluster and clarifies the research object by identifying the similarities,differences and connections of airport cluster related concepts,and summarizes the connotation,dynamic mechanism and evolution law of airport cluster synergistic development based on system theory,synergy theory and other related theoretical foundations;after clarifying the related theories,it further constructs the evaluation index system of the level of synergistic development of airport cluster in Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area.At the same time,by comparing the characteristics of two common models for measuring the level of synergistic development within the system,as well as according to the actual situation of the research object,the evaluation model of the level of synergistic development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area airport cluster is finally selected based on the composite system synergy model,and the empirical analysis of the level of synergistic development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area airport cluster from 2010 to 2019 is conducted,and the results point out that 2019,the slow growth of the orderly degree of Hong Kong,Macao and Zhuhai airports has seriously hindered the overall synergistic development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Airport Cluster,resulting in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Airport Cluster has been at a low level of synergistic development,the main causes of which are reflected in the saturation of infrastructure capacity,the failure to form an effective coordination mechanism,the unreasonable allocation of resources and the overlapping strategic positioning of each airport.Therefore,the article concludes with the above analysis and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the synergistic development of the airport cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. |
