development of domestic TIC(Testing Inspection&Certification)enterprises.Faced with the increasingly fierce international competition environment,due to the widespread problems of low integration of scientific and technological resources,technical capabilities to be improved,and relatively weak reputation brand network,domestic TIC enterprises need to strengthen their own strength through Digital transformation,seize market opportunities,and participate in domestic and foreign TIC business competition.CRCC(China Railway Test & Certification Center Limited)shoulders the glorious mission of ensuring the safety and quality of railway products,and should be a pioneer in Digital transformation.In the face of endless new technologies,new models and numerous business development fields,building a theoretical framework and technical system of Digital transformation,and finding a suitable digital transformation implementation path suitable for the development of CRCC is the basic condition for ensuring the Digital transformation of CRCC.In view of CRCC’s development status and business model,this paper first uses the enterprise Digital transformation theory and Digital transformation key technologies to build the theoretical architecture of CRCC Digital transformation,and then uses blockchain,knowledge mapping,big data and other technologies to design the technical solutions of CRCC railway product traceability certification platform,safety assessment standard service platform,and quality inspection digital management platform.Finally,based on the multi-objective gray situation decision-making model,The digital technologies of CRCC certification management,safety assessment and quality inspection management were verified,which laid a theoretical foundation for the smooth implementation of CRCC Digital transformation.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)The theoretical framework of CRCC Digital transformation was constructed.Focusing on CRCC’s business model and digital transformation development needs,this paper establishes the overall framework and theoretical system of CRCC digital transformation,and proposes CRCC digital transformation covering cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other enabling technologies as well as gray system theory The theoretical evaluation method,and a technical correlation analysis was carried out for the degree of correlation between the four enabling technologies and the digital transformation of enterprises;through the analysis of the technical limitations of the existing CRCC certification management system and quality inspection management system,combined with the reference framework of digital transformation of enterprises,this article proposed the digital transformation stage of CRCC,designed the overall architecture and technical architecture of CRCC’s digital transformation,and provide guiding ideology and technical support for CRCC’s digital transformation.(2)The technical scheme of CRCC authentication management Digital transformation based on blockchain is designed.This article summarizes and analyzes the characteristics,business processes,and business models of the existing CRCC certification management system.Using blockchain based supply chain traceability technology,the architecture of the certification platform system is constructed,and a blockchain based CRCC railway product traceability certification platform is designed.The technical advantages and optimization space of the platform are analyzed.This article optimizes the design of the CRCC certification management business process and proposes a bidirectional traceability analysis method,providing a full process product quality assurance for the problem of traceability in the railway specialized product supply chain.(3)The technical scheme of CRCC quality inspection management Digital transformation based on knowledge map and big data is proposed.This article analyzes the characteristics,functions,and architecture of the existing CRCC quality inspection management system.Firstly,a knowledge graph based CRCC safety evaluation standard service platform design scheme is proposed to address the problems in CRCC safety evaluation.Secondly,to address the inconvenience of experimental data production,a Laboratory Information Managemnet System(LIMS)is designed,And on this basis,a CRCC quality inspection digital management platform based on big data was established,and finally,statistical analysis was conducted on the application of platform data.The technical scheme of CRCC quality inspection management Digital transformation proposed in this paper will improve the benchmarking efficiency of safety assessment standards,integrate CRCC data resources and equipment resources,and provide a basis for automated detection,integrated data application and decision support.(4)Validated the digital technology and business reengineering decision model.Using the gray situation decision-making theory,applying the weighted target comprehensive effect measurement method and the target entropy split comprehensive effect measurement method,for the the selection of technical solutions decision-making problems with big data technology,artificial intelligence technology,and blockchain technology faced by the inspection and testing business,certification audit business,and standard assessment business,it design the gray situation decisionmaking calculation model,and give the suggested value of the decision-making target and the calculation results of the two measurement methods.Finally,the technical path selection and the implementation suggestions of CRCC Digital transformation are put forward to ensure the smooth progress of CRCC Digital transformation from the implementation level. |
