With the acceleration of the construction process of railroad infrastructure,the railroad network is also improving,inevitably to encounter plateau permafrost,Gobi sand and other special natural geographical environment lines.The type of line maintenance and repair conditions are harsh,some lines have few staff on duty,and the workload of on-site inspection is large,which poses a higher challenge to the maintenance and repair of public works.How to make full use of modern information technology,build an intelligent decision-making platform based on the digital twin of railroad public works management and maintenance,and realize the intelligence of railroad whole life cycle public works management and maintenance becomes an important research topic.To this end,the main research work carried out in the thesis is as follows:(1)Research on BIM refinement modeling methods for railway line structuresComprehensive analysis of existing railway BIM modeling methods and related application software,research on Revit+Dynamo based railway line structure BIM refinement modeling rapid creation method,to achieve rapid creation of track structure components family library,bridge,tunnel construction model parametric modeling and establish family library.Using Civil 3D software to quickly establish three-dimensional spatial curves of railway engineering projects,and using Dynamo to write entity building family driven layout program flow to realize rapid assembly of roadbed,bridge,tunnel and track structure models according to three-dimensional spatial curves,and realize integrated rapid modeling of inter-district lines.(2)Research on 3D scene building method of railway engineering facilities based on unified geographic framework multi-source data fusionThrough the analysis of the work condition of the existing railway inter-district lines,a three-dimensional scene building method based on multi-source data fusion is proposed for railway engineering facilities.Using satellite remote sensing technology,the three-dimensional spatial data of the target area can be obtained,and with the help of GIS,a digital terrain model of the target area can be quickly built.Using Super Map series software to establish threedimensional geographic realistic model,study the method of light weight processing of BIM refined model of railway engineering projects,analyze and compare BIM+GIS fusion methods,and use the geodetic coordinate system three-dimensional virtual geographic environment as the base,and adopt the dynamic joining method to realize the accurate set of BIM refined model of railway engineering facilities.(3)Research on deep learning-based line TQI overrun section warning algorithmThe timing data set of track quality index(TQI)detected by rail inspection vehicle is selected as the research object,and the TQI prediction algorithm based on Transformer model is proposed through deep learning neural network algorithm analysis of multiple prediction timing data to achieve accurate prediction of line TQI value,which is integrated into the platform auxiliary decision module after verification of model accuracy to achieve advance prediction of track disease overload section and scientific arrangement of maintenance and repair plan.(4)Study the method of constructing an intelligent decision-making platform for railroad management and maintenance using Web GIS based on the concept of digital twinThrough the platform requirement analysis,logical structure determination and database establishment,the design and application research of railway intelligent management and maintenance decision platform based on digital twin is proposed by using Super Map+Java Script scheme,realising the real-time roaming of 3D scenes of railway public works facilities on the Web side by using Super Map series software,realising the platform multi The design and integration of modules(e.g.map editing,intelligent information query,track injury and damage identification,intelligent auxiliary decision-making,etc.)provide a new comprehensive digital analysis technology support for digital railway construction and railway whole life cycle management.
