| With the rapid development of information technology such as cloud computing,big data,Internet of Things,mobile Internet and artificial intelligence,China’s railway construction is also moving in the direction of intelligence,and the high-quality and lowrisk construction of high-speed railway projects is an important foundation for ensuring the safety of railway operation.This paper focuses on the digital management of railway engineering safety and quality to carry out relevant research,to improve the digital management chain of railway engineering quality and safety and meet the management needs of the construction department by quickly sensing and feeding back the changes of internal and external influencing factors involving engineering quality and safety,which is of great significance to comprehensively improve the quality of railway construction projects,reduce construction risks and improve the overall management level.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)In view of the urgent demand for digital management of railway engineering quality and safety,it compares the development history of railway engineering construction digitalization and major engineering practices,puts forward the concept,connotation and characteristics of railway engineering construction quality digital management,deeply analyzes the main problems of railway engineering construction safety and quality management and proposes key technologies,laying a reference foundation for subsequent research.(2)In view of the problems such as different means of digital collection and management of railway engineering quality and safety,the basic theory and method of standard system construction in the field of engineering construction are analyzed,combined with the current situation of China’s railway engineering construction industry standard system research and the framework of intelligent high-speed railway standard system,the intelligent construction standard system is proposed,the content and direction of each part of the standard system are clarified,2 digital management standards for railway engineering construction safety and 3 digital management standards for quality are focused on research and development,and a unified standard system is established to regulate the construction behavior of engineering construction quality and safety construction.(3)In view of the problems of unified organization of data of railway engineering quality and safety systems,we proposed an ontology construction process based on key elements and constructed an ontology model,formed a dynamic hierarchical storage scheme for safety and quality data,designed a data hierarchical storage algorithm and carried out algorithm testing and result analysis,extracted key information of elements and constructed inter-element correlations,proposed a scenario-driven data subject domain intelligence construction method,constructed a knowledge map for typical scenarios,and provided technical support to realize engineering safety and quality data organization.(4)In view of the difficulties in predicting the quality and safety risks of railway projects,it carries out the application of data analysis and mining of key scenes,researches the key technologies of digital management for environmental safety and project ontology safety,establishes the short proximity refinement weather disaster prediction model based on Transformer-Encoder algorithm,the tunnel surrounding rock identification model based on XGBoost algorithm,and the simulation analysis model of thermal effect of foundation pit based on heat-force coupling theory,and supports the refined management of railway project safety and quality.(5)In view of the lack of unified digital management means for the quality and safety of railway projects,the overall architecture,data architecture and functional architecture of the system are proposed,and the design and development of the prototype system is carried out around comprehensive statistics,digital management of safety and digital management of quality,etc.The hardware and software configuration and deployment plan is proposed in conjunction with the actual project,and the comprehensive application verification of system functions is carried out to provide a reference for other engineering applications.(6)In view of the problem of imperfect digital management mode of railway engineering quality and safety,it clarifies the operation target of digital management,constructs the operation mechanism of digital high-speed railway engineering safety and quality management system with "four dimensions",proposes the implementation strategy of digital management of "point-line-surface",establishes the organization guarantee,technical guarantee and talent guarantee of digital management,and promotes the transformation of railway engineering construction to data-driven innovation system and development mode. |
