Research On Purchasing Management Strategy Optimization Of FR Auto Parts Company

At present,with the rapid development of the world economy,the trend of economic globalization and integration has been accelerated.In this era of rapid development,technological progress and technological change have become the core force,which is also true for the automobile manufacturing industry.If the automobile manufacturing industry wants to get the leading edge in the fierce market competition,it should pay attention to the enterprise management,especially the procurement management,while attaching importance to the technological progress.As an important part of the management of automobile manufacturing enterprises,procurement management is no longer a kind of auxiliary management of enterprise production,which plays an important role in improving the efficiency of enterprise procurement and reducing the cost.The globalization of the development mode of automobile enterprises has put forward higher requirements for the procurement strategy of spare parts production enterprises.How to carry out the procurement management scientifically and formulate efficient procurement strategy is an important issue that automobile manufacturing enterprises need to solve urgently.The author combed through domestic and foreign literature review and analysis,and in the FR company working experience,on the basis of this paper analyzed FR the company’s purchasing and supply management,mainly from the procurement staff’s professional ability,control purchasing cost,optimize supplier management and procurement evaluation system,etc,analyzed the existing problems in the purchasing department.It is believed that the professional competence of purchasing staff is insufficient,which leads to the lack of dedication in the negotiation process with suppliers;The judgment of purchasing materials can not be straight to the point,resulting in the material supply is not timely.There is a management gap in supplier selection and evaluation system.In view of these problems,the corresponding optimization problems are put forward,including the reward and punishment measures to improve the professional ability of purchasing personnel,the optimal solution of material procurement,the supplier management and the overall performance index system,evaluation methods and other suggestions.Through the investigation and research,with is the auto production enterprises related to the purchasing management of related concepts,to develop a FR auto parts procurement management countermeasures,including procurement staff rewards and punishment mechanism,the professional ability of 4 kinds of different material procurement optimization of suppliers,set up perfect training mechanism,evaluation standard system,tracking after purchasing activities.
