In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s economic volume and the continuous progress of society,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.The competition situation among enterprises has gradually evolved into not only competition among domestic enterprises,but also among multinational corporations or foreign oligarchs.If the rapid growth of domestic enterprises in previous years can cover up or ignore many internal problems of enterprises,such as extensive management,emphasis on sales(external work),light management(internal work),but now,with the rapid development of the network economy,market competition is becoming more and more intense,and the costs between enterprises are becoming more and more transparent.In the exploration of how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,enterprises will carry out by comparing with the same industry,through the reduction of production cost,procurement cost,management cost and so on,through the improvement of production energy efficiency and procurement supply chain management level.The S automobile parts manufacturing company is one of the local leading enterprises in the component industry of the automobile brake system.The production and marketing ranking of the enterprise in the black casting in Chongqing in 2017 is listed in the top three key private enterprises.However,in the case of such a large-scale enterprise,the traditional procurement mode is used for management,and the cost is high,the work of the purchasing personnel is complex,the applied strategy is also relatively single,the organization efficiency is low,and the number of qualified suppliers is large.In recent years,in the process of bidding in the factory,the leadership of all levels of the enterprise gradually realized the urgency of using the advanced management concept,management tool,management mode,procurement management reform and so on,and has risen to the development strategy level of the enterprise.It is one of the right ways to improve the market competitiveness of the enterprise’s products by establishing a longterm and friendly strategic cooperation relationship with the supplier,and cooperating to adapt to the market demand and finally realize the multi-win situation.It is in the stage of urgent change of enterprises,through the analysis of the current situation of enterprises,combined with the Chinese and foreign advanced concepts and principles of procurement management,deeply understand that S Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co.,Ltd adopts more traditional purchasing management mode in the process of purchasing,and poor planning management and organization,low efficiency,low use of information,single pricing strategy,supplier performance management is virtually empty,resulting in large volume of suppliers and quality problems and supply interruption risk is not enough and other issues.To solve these problems,establish organization matching with strategic purchasing management mode,reconstruct purchasing management information system to optimize plan management and approval process,use ABC classification management method to propose targeted control scheme for suppliers and materials,use purchasing integrated total cost pricing to select suppliers,quantify supplier performance indicators to manage supplier access and appraisal,and establish solid upstream and downstream supply chain relationship through one-point supply mode at material number level,and promote the establishment of high quality and high performance supplier resource base S auto parts manufacturing companies to meet the needs,Improve risk resistance in the supply chain and maintain the vitality of continuous improvement.
