With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid advancement of productivity,coupled with the impact of the Sino-US trade war,the huge changes in the social environment and the increase in manufacturing industry costs,the demand for personalized customization by customers has increased,and the life cycle of products has been shortened.Companies are faced with multiple pressures such as shortened delivery time,strict product quality requirements,high costs in all aspects of the company,and increased after-sales service.These are new challenges to the traditional enterprise management model,and to respond to the rapid changes in market demand.The competition between different enterprises has become more intense,and the competition between enterprises in the past has gradually changed to the difference in core enterprises.Competition in the supply chain.Faced with such a rapidly changing market environment,in order to stand out from the fierce competition,many companies have to change their original business models,actively introduce supply chain management ideas,and change from a traditional business model to a corporate perspective.Implement the business model of supply chain management.Through the implementation of supply chain management,companies focus on the core business they are best at,entrusting other non-core businesses to superior partners,and procurement management has become the most important link in supply chain management.By introducing the idea of supply chain management and establishing good partnerships with suppliers,we can ensure stable product quality,reduce corporate procurement costs,shorten the entire product processing cycle,meet customer needs,and achieve a win-win situation for both supply and demand.Strategy.By combining the theory of supply chain management,the core competitiveness of the enterprise is improved,and the market share of the enterprise is increased.As a small and medium-sized enterprise in the early stage of development based on the project system,Union Company faces many practical problems in the development process,the company’s management process,operating costs,and market demand.It needs to adopt scientific management methods and introduce supply chain management.The advanced ideas of the People’s Republic of China can overcome or prevent problems in the development process in advance.This article uses a case study of Union’s existing non-standard parts procurement management to find out the solutions to the problems faced by the company.So as to help the company establish the procurement thinking of supply chain management,use the scientific method of supply chain management to reduce the procurement cost of non-standard parts and improve the procurement efficiency,so as to ensure the customer satisfaction of the project.First,it describes the current status of Union’s non-standard parts procurement process,and points out Union’s non-standard parts procurement problems through several clear cases;responsibilities are not clear;procurement strategy intentions are not clear;suppliers have no selection criteria and evaluation criteria;The procurement of standard parts lacks an information sharing platform,etc.This article analyzes the problems that Union has encountered in the procurement of non-standard parts through the use of supply chain management and procurement management and other related theories.Furthermore,the importance of adopting supply chain management theory is emphasized.Discuss the problems of Union’s non-standard parts procurement management and put forward suggestions and countermeasures,and conduct in-depth analysis of the company’s non-standard parts procurement.It is hoped that Union’s non-standard parts procurement management level can be improved,and the strategic direction of the company’s non-standard parts procurement can be clarified.Reduce Union’s procurement costs and establish a supplier management system.Ensure that all projects and companies have lasting competitiveness in the market.
