| In the past,the development of China’s automotive industry has been lagging behind that of Western countries due to the limitations of economic strength and technology level.However,the number of domestic automakers has proliferated in the past decade,and both the production of complete vehicles and the stock of cars in use have shown rapid growth,making China the world’s largest auto market and the largest auto producer.In the past three years,China has continued to launch policies to promote automobile consumption,which has greatly increased the demand for automobiles in society.The rapid development of the auto industry,while the fierce brand competition makes each enterprise face the market reshuffle situation,such fierce competition not only affects the whole car sales,but also test the host plant’s after-sales service quality and satisfaction.The major vehicle manufacturers to meet the personalized and differentiated after-sales service needs of consumers,but also to increase the investment and construction of the aftermarket.This also tests the mobility and stability of the supply chain of the after-sales market of major brands,therefore,the level of after-sales procurement management of OEM is very important,and as the most important spare parts procurement management in the after-sales market of the whole car is particularly important.Taking C Automotive Company as an example,this paper uses literature study,process analysis,case study and comprehensive analysis to conduct research.Firstly,starting from the current situation of national automotive aftermarket procurement,through reviewing the current situation of high-quality development of manufacturing industry and the research literature of automotive aftermarket spare parts procurement strategy under the current market,we grasp the interaction between the high-quality upgrading path and development prospect of manufacturing industry and aftermarket marketing strategy of manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of procurement process,organizational structure,supplier management and cost management of company C,the current situation of after-sales spare parts procurement management of company C is sorted out,and the improvement points of after-sales procurement management effectiveness are determined by deep plowing the vehicle market with high standards and heavy image and tapping the after-sales procurement management effectiveness,and the three aspects of after-sales spare parts procurement business system,supplier performance management and cost control of company C are profoundly analyzed.The problems existed in the procurement strategy of after-sales spare parts of company C.First,in the business system strategy,there are problems of procurement process setting,staff management system and system information construction to be optimized;second,in the supplier performance management strategy,there are problems of supplier performance evaluation mechanism,supplier of the same category of resources and supplier relationship maintenance to be improved;third,in the cost management strategy,there are problems of small range of centrally purchased after-sales spare parts,too high cost reduction index and poor cost analysis.Third,in the cost management strategy,there is a small range of centrally purchased after-sales spare parts,too high cost reduction targets and poor cost analysis.Finally,the suggestions for optimizing the procurement management strategy of after-sales spare parts of company C are proposed in these three aspects: First,from the business system strategy,refine the classification of spare parts and pay attention to the refinement of procurement;optimize the business process and improve the overall efficiency;adjust the organization and optimize the personnel structure;accelerate the digital construction and enhance the system function.Second,from the supplier management strategy,integrate the supplier pool and improve the quality of supply;strengthen the communication between supply and demand and optimize the relationship between the two sides;focus on strategic suppliers and strengthen the cooperation between the two sides;optimize the performance process and improve the evaluation system.Third,from the cost management strategy,establish the cost model of off-weight spare parts;improve the cost analysis capability. |
