As an important special public building for the recovery of human body functions,a good indoor environment is particularly important. An environment with good natural ventilation, light, temperature and low noise levels can not only help patients recover faster with less pain, but also improve the efficiency of medical staff and reduce the anxiety of caregivers. In the actual medical environment, human comfort is not affected by a single environment but by the combined effects of multiple environments. The improvement of a certain environment will bring about simultaneous changes in various comfort levels. So far,the number of domestic and foreign studies on the comprehensive influence of different environments on comfort is limited, most of which are based on the effects of thermal environment or single physical environment on comfort.Based on this,in order to further study the interaction law of multiple environmental factors, this thesis starts from the perspective of engineering, medicine, physiology, psychology and other disciplines, and conducts research on the interaction law of different sound, light, and heat composite environments on human comfort. The main research contents are as follows:First of all, through the combination of subjective evaluation and measured physical parameters, the neutral value range of sound, light and heat environment for patients and caregivers in the gynecological tumor ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University,as well as the patient and caregiver’s Differences in environmental perception. The corresponding thermal environment evaluation index is obtained, and the indoor physical environment control parameters of the gynecological tumor ward of the hospital are given. Then, this thesis discusses the influence of single-factor environment on perception, and the degree of influence of two-factor and three-factor interaction environment on human perception. The weight of each factor affecting the environment and the comfort rating model are obtained. Finally,by analyzing the impact of the environment on human comfort, combined with the design standards of the physical environment of the hospital, and the neutral value of the physical environment obtained in Chapter 2,the physical environment of the gynecological tumor ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University is comprehensively considered Design recommendations.Combining the latest research results and evidence-based methods of scientific research and empirical data to improve the quality and effect of architectural and environmental design to formulate the best design strategies and solutions.According to the problems found in the measured outpatient clinics and wards, the corresponding optimal design strategies are put forward, and the environmental renovation design is made for the wards and waiting areas of the gynecological tumor ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University,so as to meet the medical needs to the greatest extent.Needs and expectations of architectural and gynecologic oncology patients. The study concludes by proposing evaluation standards for optimizing the sound, light, and heat environments in hospital wards.Based on the physical environment standards developed in the study, the authors suggest constructing optimization design goals for the sound, light, and heat environments in the ward. They also propose design strategies for addressing problems found in the studied hospital ward, specifically for gynecological cancer patients and their caregivers in cold regions.
