Current heat environment research indicates that human body’s heat comfort feeling of environment is based on the parameters,such as air temperature,humidity, air velocity, average radioactive temperature, human metabolic rate, mechanical work and clothing thermal resistance. These effects can be measured by thermal comfort index. Traditional temperature control air conditioning scheme, puts indoor air temperature, humidity as only control goal, when the parameters of inside and outside room change a lot, it will be difficult to assure indoor comfort. The thermal comfort control air conditioning scheme put thermal index as the control targets, effectively ensuring the indoor comfort.This article chooses the thermal comfort index (PMV) as the control goal of thermal comfort control scheme. Through the experiment and simulate with DesignBuilder, compare and analysis the comfort differences between two connected official rooms in different orientations, different architectural functions of a same oom, and a room model in different places. The results shows that traditional temperature control air conditioning scheme share a same indoor air temperature value as the national air conditioning scheme operational standards, and energy-saving index, can’t take into consideration of all of the factors’influence to thermal comfort.Set up an office simulation model, use DesignBuilder to simulate temperature control air conditioning system’s hourly parameters and PMV average value. Work out the matlab program, iterative calculate PMV index control system’s hourly indoor air temperature while PMV set value as that PMV average value, then use DesignBuilder simulate PMV index control system’s hourly parameters. Contrast analysis the different apartment load and the entransy dissipation of heat transfer in fan coil between this two system control modes. Through the comparison and analysis of the temperature control with the same comfort PMV control air conditioning system, we found this two control modes have the same apartment load and the entransy dissipation of heat transfer in fan coi. what’s more, PMV control air conditioning system guarantee the comfort.Analyzing the influence of traditional temperature control air conditioning mode to personnel temperature humidity control behavior and air conditioning system load, because of hysteresis, temperature control air conditioning mode will lead uncomfortable indoor person to increase air conditioning system load. For the whole air conditioning system, PMV control air conditioning system have better energy conservation. Therefore, the thermal comfort control air conditioning mode is superior to the traditional temperature control air conditioning mode.In addition, this article also indicate the PMV control mode have some problem, like immature technologies, high cost and difficult supervision. So make further study of comfort control technology, research cheap PMV sensors, and research control and monitoring devices for energy-saving supervision are the urgent problems.Investigation of thesis means a great innovation to the traditional air-condition control scheme which is based on the adaptation of indoor air temperature and humidity,thermal comfort index control scheme would improve the air-condition system comfort and conserve the air,and reduce system power consumption mostly. And research of this thesis can be the theory foundation for further research of air conditioning equipment control.
