Building indoor environment includes sound,light,heat,air quality and other aspects,which greatly affect the comfort and work efficiency of personnel.When the human body is in an uncomfortable indoor environment,it will cause the discomfort of cold and hot feeling,aggravate the fatigue of personnel,and thus reduce the work efficiency of personnel.Improving the indoor environment quality of buildings has become an indispensable link in today's fast-developing society.It has been found that there is coupling between the thermal and light environment,and the deficiency of the thermal environment can be made up by the light environment.Studying the influence of thermal and light environment on human body can improve thermal comfort,improve people's satisfaction with the environment,and have positive significance in energy saving.By improving the indoor environment quality to improve the quality of life of personnel,at the same time to improve the work efficiency can save time and gain more economic benefits,will have a greater competitive advantage.In this paper,different indoor thermal and light environments(temperature,illuminance and color temperature)were studied from three aspects of thermal comfort,visual fatigue and work efficiency under different thermal and light environments.Main research Content and conclusion:(1)The influence of thermal and light environment on human thermal comfort:The experiment was conducted in a small room,by testing the skin temperature,heart rate and blood pressure of the subjects under different working conditions to study the influence of different combination of thermal and light environment on human thermal comfort.According to the analysis data,the skin temperature rises linearly with the increase of temperature,and the heart rate increases.When the neutral temperature reaches the high temperature,the increase is larger than that of the low temperature reaches the neutral temperature,and the blood pressure decreases.With the increase of color temperature,the skin temperature increased under the low temperature,the change of heart rate and blood pressure was not obvious.In this experiment,with the changes of illuminance,the change of skin temperature,heart rate and blood pressure were not obvious.(2)The influence of thermal and light environment on human Visual fatigue:Flash fusion frequency: in the cold temperature,no matter how the illumination is,with the increase of color temperature,visual fatigue will increases.The most tired light environment was 500 lx,5700K.Under the condition of neutral temperature and high temperature,under 4000 K,visual fatigue was the least at low illumination,and there was no obvious rule at medium and high illumination.P100 incubation: no matter what the temperature and color temperature,with the increase of illumination,the low illumination increases from 100 lx to 300 lx,the P100 incubation period will shorten,that is,under 300 lx,the human body receives information faster than 100 lx.There is no obvious rule when 300 lx rises to 500lx;Within the range of experimental color temperature,the incubation of P100 is not affected by color temperature.(3)The influence of thermal and light environment on subjective comfort :No matter high or low temperature condition,high illumination and high color temperature are better than low illumination and low color temperature.The optimal subjective comfort temperature condition is 22?,followed by 18?,and there is little difference between the two,while 26? is slightly worse.(4)The influence of thermal and light environment on work efficiency:The efficiency of high illumination and high color temperature is higher at low temperature.The work efficiency is highest at 300 lx ? 4000 K under neutral temperature and high temperature.(5)The evaluation indexes of thermal comfort and visual fatigue were integrated by factor analysis method,From the comprehensive comfort level analysis,The optimal environment for comprehensive comfort is 22?,500 lx,5700K,and the worst is 18?,100 lx,3000K.According to the comprehensive ranking analysis,it can be found that in terms of temperature,people are more intolerant of cold conditions than hot conditions.
