Research On The Design Of Platform-based Business Pattern And Risk Management Of Transformation For C Company Specializing In Leasing Of Revolving Materials

The construction engineering revolving material leasing industry(referred to as "revolving material leasing")appeared in the 80 s of last century.Its industry scale has begun to take shape,but its development level is still relatively extensive,and the industry as a whole presents the phenomenon of low concentration,weak standardization,insufficient maturity and excessive capital precipitation.Especially in the inventory management of revolving materials,many enterprises are still in the exploration stage,and do not combine theoretical and scientific calculation methods to help them manage inventory assets.With the slowdown in the development of China’s construction industry in recent years,the revolving material leasing industry is also facing greater market competition pressure.At present,many traditional industries in China are upgrading with the help of "Internet +" empowerment,which provides samples and experience for the innovation and transformation of business models in the revolving material leasing industry.The C material leasing company described in this article is also facing the above development bottlenecks,and is subject to the limitations of funds and assets,and it is difficult to make breakthroughs in orders,so the enterprise urgently needs to break the current development bottleneck through platform transformation and become a regional resource integration platform.Taking C enterprise as the research object,thesis comprehensively uses platform theory,business process analysis and risk management and other related theories to research and propose the risk management method of C enterprise shared inventory platform model,business process and corresponding platform transformation of C enterprise.Firstly,through the analysis of data and literature,thesis systematically sorts out the development process and current situation of the industry,and uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the development status and problems faced by many enterprises in the industry,analyze their business status,and sort out their business processes.On this basis,the research on the problems existing in the current industry and C enterprises is summarized,and the shared inventory innovation model is proposed as the entry point for the inventory transformation and upgrading of enterprises in the integration region of C enterprises.Secondly,thesis comprehensively uses relevant theories such as operation management,platform theory and process design analysis,combined with SWOT analysis method,to propose the innovative operation mode of the shared inventory platform of C leasing company for the research of the shared inventory platform model of C leasing company,build the framework of the shared inventory platform model,carry out the architecture of the shared inventory platform system,design the corresponding platform business process and organizational structure,and compare and analyze the advantages of the shared inventory model and the traditional inventory mode.Finally,in view of the various risk factors faced by enterprise C in the process of transformation,thesis uses the relevant theories of risk management,adopts analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy evaluation method,through communication with experts and collects expert questionnaires,identifies the main risk factors of C leasing company’s transformation,establishes a risk factor model,quantifies the size of the risk,and puts forward corresponding risk response safeguard measures.This article mainly considers how to combine enterprises with platform models in the context of the Internet+ era from the perspective of future sustainable development,and transform them into sustainable enterprises under the new economy.As a study of enterprise transformation,thesis brings reference and ideas for the overall upgrading of the industry.
