A Study On Village Spatial Integration And Characteristic Optimization From The Perspective Of Cluster

It is clearly proposed in the rural revitalization strategy that the construction of ecological livable and beautiful villages should be concentrated in consecutive areas,and the development of villages should be divided into different types according to the characteristics of rural regional culture and resource endowment.The spatial planning of villages should be based on the characteristics of villages,excavate the development power from within the villages,integrate regional resources,promote the complementarity of functional advantages,and build rural brands.It has become the current development trend to form cluster effect to realize regional development with the overall advantage.At present,Chinese villages are distributed in large numbers and cover a wide area.In the context of urban-rural integration,it is urgent to establish a holistic,systematic and coordinated concept of protection and development.Therefore,from the perspective of cluster,this paper proposes the concept,connotation,framework and path of village cluster protection and development.Taking Dazhuangke Township,Yanqing District,Beijing as the research object,this paper studies the villages in Dazhuangke Township in a systematic geographical unit,explores the mode of village cluster protection and development,builds village cluster development system,and integrates village space.Realize the rational allocation of regional resources and enhance the endogenous power of traditional villages;Extract and optimize the spatial characteristics of villages,and form clusters of village development with distinct characteristics and advantages.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter,aiming at the problems and challenges faced by Chinese villages,proposes to start from the perspective of cluster research,on the basis of in-depth literature review,focusing on Dazhuangke Township of Yanqing district as the research object,and using various research methods to set up the technical route of the paper.The second chapter explains the connotation,characteristics,necessity and significance of rural cluster theory.The definition and classification of village space and the structural relationship of its components are analyzed,and other relevant theories are introduced.Based on the analysis of village cluster development cases and the development practice of centralized contiguous demonstration areas,the development model of village cluster is summarized and refined.The third chapter puts forward the principles to be followed for cluster development,analyzes the conditions of cluster development from three aspects of geographic space,internal system and policy guidance,sorts out village resources,and puts forward the construction path of cluster system from the perspective of development potential evaluation,village classification,macro overall planning,meso-coordinated development and micro characteristic creation.In the fourth chapter,based on summarizing the basic situation of Dazhuang Township,finding out the ecological space,production space and living space,the paper summarizes the current situation and problems of Dazhuangke rural settlement space,and finally analyzes the feasibility of village cluster development in Dazhuangke Township.The fifth chapter,based on the principles of regionalism,wholeness,dynamics and multi-dimension,and on the basis of evaluating the development potential of villages in Dazhuangke Township,constructs the spatial cluster system of villages in Dazhuangke township from three levels: overall planning at the macro level of villages and townships,spatial collaborative development at the meso level of groups and creation of individual spatial characteristics at the micro level.The sixth chapter proposes that after completing the overall planning among the groups,we should also pay attention to the feature extraction and optimization design within the groups.Taking the Red Experience Group of Kexiang in Dazhuang as an example,from the perspective of cultural association,the integration design of culture and space is highlighted,characteristic culture extraction is carried out,and all kinds of Spaces are classified and optimization design strategies are proposed.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and reflects on the shortcomings,in order to provide reference for village cluster development,provide strategic supply at the planning and design level for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,stimulate the endogenous power of village development through the formation of cluster effect,and promote the symbiosis and win-win situation between villages.
