Study On The Optimization Of Spatial Structure Development In The Dalian Jinpu New District

As the first batch of the national new district in our country,Jinpu has adjusted its administrative scope several times with the increasing scale and the more comprehensive function.While relying on the space development structure of the administrative unit now,it has presents many problems like unclear levels and homogeneous function and so on that couldn't fitted the demand of the new district's comprehensive development and transformation.With the strategy of "The Belt and Road Initiative" "National Urban Agglomeration",my research has used method named AHP to dale with the data and evaluate the influenced factors relatives,then suggested the optimization strategy of the space structure.Using the new space area and the new transformation of Jinpu to develop the Northeast Old industry base's thriving,to optimize the layout in general of our country's district development,to deepen the cooperation between the region of all the countries in Northeast Asia.The main parts of this paper can be divided into four parts:Space structure of the Jinpu new district's development until now;Space structure of the Jinpu new district's present characteristic's summary;Evaluating the influence factors of the space structure of the Jinpu new district,and optimizing the spatial structure of the Jinpu new district.The development history of spatial structure is reviewed through consulting a lot of documents and interviews.The development of the Jinpu new district can be divided into three stages:starting,rapid expansion,optimization and upgrading.The Jinpu new district at the beginning of the third stage,need to respond to "Jinpu new city master plan(June 2017)","The Belt and Road" and "national city group" and other related policies and development planning,make space development structure adjustment.With the help of ArcGIS tool,we analyze the spatial structure of the Jinpu new district with the help of the tool of ArcGIS,and analyze the spatial structure characteristics of "V" and "two hearts and two pieces" in the Jinpu new district.The spatial structure of the impact factor evaluation index,through the optimization of the economic structure space suitability index and transport facilities improve the fragile ecological environment index and the index calculation,found that the Jinpu new district low-end introversion,spatial structure disorder,road structure is not perfect and the ecological fragile,need to solve the above problems of spatial structure optimization.The development model of space structure and the optimization strategy to undertake the present status characteristics and the result of the factors evaluation,Combined with other related plans,the ideal model for the development of the new area is put forward by the development goals and mission vision made in the Jin Pu new district new area,Summarize the typical characteristics of the history,location and regionalization of the development model of the Jin Pu new district,And from four aspects of social economy,space form,transportation facilities and ecological environment,the problems and coping strategies under this model are put forward.
