Evaluation Of The Level Of Urban And Rural Integration Development At The Township Level

The integration of urban and rural development is essential for achieving regional coordinated development and an urgent need to solve the contradiction between urban and rural relations in China.As the basic unit of research on urban-rural integration development,counties explore the level of urban-rural integration by taking towns and county towns as research objects,and the research conclusion and development strategies are more targeted and applicable.On the basis of systematically combing the concept of urban-rural integration at home and abroad and the research on the evaluation of urban-rural integration development,this paper proposes the scientific connotation of micro scale urban-rural integration,constructs a town scale(micro)urban-rural integration evaluation index system from the economic,social,cultural,ecological and spatial levels of urban and rural areas,and comprehensively applies the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to combine weights and linear weighting methods to evaluate the development level of urban-rural integration,Using global spatial autocorrelation and local spatial autocorrelation to explore the evolution characteristics of spatial agglomeration,identifying obstacle factors that affect the level of urban-rural integration development through obstacle degree models,and finally proposing development strategies based on the above analysis and evaluation results.The analysis concludes that:1.In terms of the level of urban-rural integration development,the overall level and stage of urban-rural integration development in various townships of Feixi County are showing an upward trend;2.In terms of spatial agglomeration,Feixi County was mainly in a random layout state from 2005 to 2020,with a relatively poor degree of spatial agglomeration.The agglomeration area was mainly concentrated on the east side of Feixi,while other townships had less obvious and dispersed spatial agglomeration.It is necessary to further strengthen the spatial connections between townships and form regional linkage development.The radiation impact on surrounding townships is relatively small,and the spatial development balance needs to be further strengthened;3.In terms of obstacle level,the biggest factor in the obstacle level of urban-rural integration in various townships of Feixi County is social integration.In terms of obstacles to economic and ecological integration,the overall obstacle value of each township shows a fluctuating downward trend.In terms of obstacles to social and cultural integration,the obstacle score of each township shows a fluctuating increase,and spatial integration has the smallest obstacle to overall urban-rural integration.Figure [37] Table [26] Reference [118]...
